Idk what to tell you because I never had boys...just my brother and he always made a mess and my husband which doesn't make that much mess except for hair when he shaves...you just got to stay on top of it...or put some kind of auto/constant air freshener in there...leave a can of fabreeze or glade or something in there for her to spray a little to make it bearable...I know it isn't healthy to spray such things but if she can bear it, idk what else to say except let her use your bathroom instead...
Some ideas are potpourri, diffusers, that glade auto sprayer you hang on the wall (usually about $10 for it at Walmart), those little things you can get for like a dollar that you open up and sit on the back of your toilet, fabreeze small spaces things that are oil and you pop open...anything like that will help some...
