Hi can i ask how would you burst with a conti4 along with the origin, cause i realized the usual rotation where you origin last does not give you the seed ring buff for ur entire origin, would you suggest to origing to proc the first continuous, and burst right after de 2nd continuous?
a. personally i do not like the rotation where you pop origin at the end, its a damage loss so i do not use it. b. id rather pop origin on the first continuous proc, macro until the next proc then burst within the next 8 second window. c. for conti4 vs ror3/wj4 its probably more favored to run conti4 due to how people work on their 6th job, maxing mastery first then going into the burst skills. conti4 should be slightly better than ror3/wj4 but that should come down to preference to what you'd run. because pfs roughly have a 50:50 nonburst:burst ratio it depends on playstyle and/or boss difference.
@@drewgmsyeah i agree too, sad you cant get the best of both worlds. But i would assume procing origin first would be desirable due to the final dmg it gives while active too. Also, i saw that the BA u did for ror4/wj4 was almost same to conti4. So i thought it would be safe to assume conti4 definitely outperforms ror3/wj4. Anyways thanks for the insight
being able to maintain offburst/dps better in a dojo dummy ba, i feel like in real world bossing scenarios, ror/wj is better than cont. conti4 should still be better than ror3/wj4
I just got a cont 4, I was wondering when you burst do you just burst after its been equipped for at least 2 mins or do you have to wait for 2 mins while attacking to burst with it correctly? Thank you thank you!
the 2min cd is only when you first equip the ring so you can wait that out before you enter the boss the ring has a 66% uptime due to the 8sec duration and 12sec cooldown you just want to burst as your continuous ring is back up (listen to sound or look at buff bar)
@@drewgms TY! i just got 6th job not too long ago and still missing a ror4 or continuous 4 atm. just curious how the burst rotation and when to use some skills in the burst
