hi james! thanks for the tutorial! quick question. How do you determine if a niche is low competition? for example, i see that for the flooring and roofing niche, a lot of competitors have very nice website that rank high already. They are all dominated by local companies with physical showrooms and stores. How do we compete with them and outrank them?

Thanks for showing how you do your keyword research! In your previous video you explained not to go after big cities like Milwaukee, but to pick smaller surrounding cities like Cedarburg. In this video, it's not very clear which keywords you decided to target in the end, it looks like you decided to push Milwaukee roofer related keywords. Can you please explain this better to us.. Much appreciated!

Had a question about keywords and an older video on content samurai. You talked about ranking a video for a local business for the actual business name. Would you consider ranking a business’ video for the city and niche instead?
Most people don’t google a specific name when needing a service. Or, maybe post the video twice (different thumbnail) for each keyword?

Hey James, I had a quick question concerning building these sites. Before getting your program I wanted to ask on average how many leads would you say come into these sites a month.
How to beat existing websites in a niche . I want to beat them . Its not for lead gen biz . Its for own use . I am a java web. Developer . Conversant with wordpress . I am using Astra theme plus elementor . I want my family biz website to come in front page of Google . Its in second page . Potential customer yourCalls does not come frequently .. Website is speedy enough asper gtmetrix and no errors onpage . One of the services is roofing .

most of the city I found even those one with less than 30k population, there is a local website (my competitor) which its link is included in at least 400 other websites including blogs!!! how we can compete them?

If you are looking for people who are living in the Cedarburg zip and you want to rank for the search for "cedarburg roofing" then that may not be too difficult to do. However, most people is Cedarburg will only type in "roofing", which is much tougher to rank for.

Hi Paul, if you rank for these keywords arent you just going to end up selling the leads back to the local contractors who already ranked for them anyway? Your just shifting sand so to speak aren't you? Then it becomes a case of tit for tat as they then try to outrank you etc...
Good question, you can always sell to someone not ranking, but also I highly doubt these guys are going to try and outrank me they don’t even have any backlinks LOL
