so happy to have expanded my repetoire of cuban composers. i clicked on this for leo brouwer(my absolute favorite), but discovered so much more than i already knew....
Does anyone know a source for the sheet music for these pieces? Would love to attempt to learn some of the (hopefully) simpler ones like the Preludio from Soy Cuba and especially the beautiful Suayo! But I can't find either sources for the sheets or even the composers' names. Thanks!
Hi, you could do a Google search using the keywords "composer's name" "music piece" "sheet music" all in quotations and that should help you to find what you're looking for. For the majority of the sites, you have to pay for the sheet music, but you can download sheet music from scribd.com for free.

That's great - but nowhere do we see which composers wrote which pieces!
Latin American Folk and Classical Guitar Styles really are something special. The subtle differences between the styles aswell.

Listening to this CD for about the 250th time. Love cuban guitar and Marco's playing.
