Very good job. Questions: after loosing all bolts and taking them out the tensioner won't come out inspite of twisting and moving side by side. Something got stock on the worn spring body.
I already have a new tensioner to put in.
What is your suggestion on taking the worn tensioner out.

@dencelpin hi, morning. I think you need to recheck are all the bolt & plate been remove ? Tensioner have 3 bolt if i am not mistaken & need to remove the plate also. If all bolt & plate been remove. I think is because of corrosion. Need to spray with penetration fluid. But, sorry can’t guarantee anything because i cannot picture clearly your situasion.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
The tensioner move freely but won't come out inspite of removing all bolts. I don't see any plate aside from the tensioner and the shock itself.
I had applied penetrating fluid and it moves ready to pull out but won't budge. Something is sticking.
Appreciate any trick on how to pull it out.
