  • Moving into a van was genius! ‪@OffTheGridWithAKid‬
Share this with a friend that needs to tune into this Van Life series. They will thank you later! Doing Van Life changed my life forever for the better and it can help you and others too!
What most people overlook when they begin planning van life is how their van or RV will play a major role in their experience daily. For example: Where in the world are you going to park it? How often do you need to move it? Does it stand out too much? And what are your nonnegotiables in your RV? I don’t know about you, but chasing a toilet in the morning is not my thing.
The reality is that buying the wrong Rv is like buying the wrong shoe size because it looked like it fit. Sounds silly right? But buying or converting the right Rv will leave you feeling like a retired millionaire on a budget. In the next video, I am going to help you find the van of your dreams! So stay tuned by subscribing to our UA-cam channel and hit that notification bell 🔔 so that you are notified when we release the next video!

We’d love to hear from you. What kind of van or Rv and planning to get and why?

    About us:
My name is Bionca and I have an 11 yr old son named Carter. I’m a cultured high energy globetrotting life coach, public speaker and soon to be an author. Carter is a spiritual goofy homeschooled kid, gamer, and humanitarian. Together we want to inspire others to be bold enough to chase their dreams despite any challenges along the way.
Our journey began when we decided to get rid of our fancy things, home school and travel the world until further notice. Then in October 2017, we decided to buy a van that would enable us to work, home school, explore the world and give back in the U.S! This 1989 Ford Econoline is a symbol of freedom and service to various communities.
    Our values (L.E.G)
    Learn
    Engage
    Give back
Some examples of what Carter and I love to do throughout our travels:
-Life coaching and delivering empowering speeches which include speaking on the issues of bullying in schools.
-Learn and explore various regions of the world while engaging with locals
    -Cook delicious foods
-Host play date meetups for traveling families with kids
    -Feed the homeless
    -Rescue animals
    -Clean up beaches
Right now we wish to relaunch an anti-bullying nonprofit foundation called the Bully Barricade Foundation. It is going to take a lot of work and we need your help!
We hope to meet many of you during our travels!
    With love,
    -Bionca and Carter

What an amazing way to grow up. Not growing up in the bubble of a cookie-cutter suburb will greatly benefit your son.

I have been dreaming of a mini winnie, but am open. Anything affordable, small enough that's easy to drive and park. Also fits me and my two growing kids. Simplicity is key too!

I have been putting so much thought into what kind of van I want and I want something like you have that already has a toilet and a shower built into it I'm just waiting on my older child to graduate high school my younger one is in preschool he is autistic and I know that I can homeschool him and he prefers to be around older people anyway so he could care less about playing with other kids lol he's my soulmate really truly he is he has a wanderlust just like I do but I want something like you have something that I can fit extra people in so when my older son wants to visit he can go with us and like I said a toilet a fridge a stove or refrigerator an oven a shower all in it already lol you and so many other single parents have been inspiring me and I think I finally know why I'm not happy because I'm stuck in the same place all the time much love to you and thank you again for your inspiration

I'm on my way to start van life with my 7-year old daughter... it's hard to find resources for single parents doing van life - thanks for creating these videos! I agree with you on the toilet... that is one of my non-negotiables as well. After lots of consideration, I think my dream RV would be an older model, class C with a bit more room than a van and with a bathroom!

Gahhhh. I'm so glad I came across you. I have my child and my biggest concern has been it being me and my son. If he would enjoy doing it because it's something that I feel super passionate about pursuing!

I'm considering RV life for mental health and to enjoy my daughter's before they are grown. Can you post an update? Any vehicle issues or cons? We spent two weeks car camping at state parks. There were a few scary moments and racism ie park police and staff microaggresdiobs and checking or paperwork and just far too many interactions....
