Maverick did awesome riding his bikes on the hills. Maverick is learning so much by helping with the chores around the farm. The hay feeder is great. Might I suggest you wrap some chicken wire around it. The wholes are a little bit bigger than they need to be and the goats will pull more out than they will eat causing the hay to be wasted once it's on the ground. Great video! Won't be long and Maverick will have is own chores and he loves it. Those balance bikes sure get kids riding bikes at an early age.
Poor Mavericks not able to go in with the piggy and baby goats because of Zan. Zan and Your Doggy used to Play and get along very well. I remember he used to think he WAS A DOG!!! Maverick gets around the yard so quickly on His bike, awesome job 💙!!! Crandall's like "this is a 30 minute job" making the hay feeder!!! I'm like, ummm, I'd STILL BE WORKING ON IT!!! My Sons dog is called Cali. Short for Caliber he’s Military. She’s my only Granddogger. Love her to pieces. Those babies are adorable.

Crandall, I'm amazed at the things you can do. That hay holder would cost $100 or more at farm stores. Poor Maverick, now he is afraid to go on with Zan and Domino. Hopefully, Zan will settle down. Maverick is going to build his own home when he is older, because of working by your side every day, lol. Great video

Please be sure to take the cords that the hay is wrapped in, and discard it where the animals can't chow on them. Maverick is always adorable.

Your hay feeder is awesome, your a man of many talents!! 😊 I have one suggestion, if you pull the hay apart a little to loosen it up they will be able to eat it better. 😊 Mavrick is such a smart little boy you are doi g an awesome job letting him learn right along side of you. I love your "use what you have, figure it out, make it work" attitude. Your little man is absorbing these lessons like a little sponge and is developing a set of life's skills all his own. Kudos to you for having the patience to let him do that. Good parenting!

That was impressive - just weld this to that and that to the other, and .... beautifully sized and neat without a tape measure in sight!
one hting i would say from watching another channel - the goats cope better, and waste far less hay, if you actually split the flake up a bit and "fluff" it in the feeder so it is easier for them to get hold of a few strands at a time.
Maverick is exceptional for his age, i bet you and Marci are well proud of his attitude and achievements, he is just a very lovely little boy

People have to remember Zan is an INTACT male goat. They are just more aggressive. Many goat farms keep them separated from other animals for good reason. They will do okay being near other goats. Sometimes they have a wethered male. The pig and fowl should probably have a separate area from Zan.
Love this comment. We’re planning on keeping kota and banding him so that zan has a friend so we can separate them.

Hi, great video! I just want to give you a tip tho. You might want to raise the feeder a bit higher. Because goats will stand up and pull it out of the top. I watch goats all the time. I watch them at syman says farms. But you gave the right concept down pat! 😁
