I'm certain I was drugged by a bartender at Mandalay Bay which is also an MGM property. First few bourbon and cokes were served in glassware, then came the drink in a plastic cup with a lid and straw. First taste through the straw was so bitter I wondered what was wrong with the flavor of the coke, within 5 minutes I was on the floor. EMT's asked me if I knew where I was and even though Mandalay Bay was on the tip of my tongue I couldn't say it. Woke up in my room 13 hours later with no idea how I got there. No headache or hangover, just in a funk for the day. My condition was caused by something a lot stronger than alcohol. If this guy was drugged, I doubt anyone but the person who did it knows for sure. Chances of a tip are minimal. He needs to connect the dots between these incidents across all MGM properties and see if a common employee was present at each.
@jpkush23 Having worked in MGM properties as a bartender if what you’re saying is true I’m sorry this happened but knowing many bartenders drugging someone is the last thing on their mind. I guess a rogue psychopath can lurk anywhere though.
Casino should have cameras showing exactly what happened with the credit vouchers. Whether he asked for them, or they pushed them.
...cameras/"guards" (security) within casinos aren't primarily/mainly for your (customers/patrons) benefit but rather to protect the casinos interests (eg., casino cheaters/employees working with casino cheaters etc.,)
I bet the casino collects on the markers.

This is a very intersecting case. My friend was just in Biloxi MS and a woman collapsed on the floor. She got up and walked away and my friend followed her and she ended up falling down again in front of a gaming table. A pit boss at the gaming table got her up off the floor into a chair and had another employee call EMS. She was seen on the floor, picked up and taken care for at this MGM casino. My friend didn’t know what caused her issues to needing help.

The smart thing for MGM to do is to cancel the markers and forget about pursuing them. The resulting on-going bad publicity would definitely hurt them.

By delaying getting the hair follicle test by growing his hair out for a while he actually made it completely invalid. It then becomes completely possible that he hopped himself up on ketamine after getting to California and then let his hair grow out so they could test it. There is no way approving that's what happened or that's not what happened. All you can say is that at some point he took kadamine. By delaying the test he also expands the window of potential exposure. Also it would be much safer for the casino to simply get him drunk. He might still have a case that he was not legally responsible for anything he signed up for a while drunk but it would be a harder case to make.

How bout years ago the case woman was drugged at mgm likely at the bar went to her room & crashed wakes up next morning complaining at doctors office that her back was in severe pain her dr asked ger did she recently have surgery done she stated no though the dr said she had cuts in her lower back & to find out that one of kidneys was removed that night when her drink was spiked & person persons webt into her room to remove one of her kidneys, so be aware at your own risk whom is around you.
He will lose. Casino did not drug him and who knows when he either took or was given the drugs. I would suspect the "friends" he was with. Perhaps one of them drugged him thinking they could rip him off.

I love casinos.. but sometimes they are uncaring. Ive been playing table games and all of a sudden someone is having a medical issue. They are on the floor.. the game stops for a bit but then they keep going while the person is being attended by medical techs

Another example happened last year.. some guy was at a restaurant in the casino.. all of sudden the person had some medical issue and he went down, while falling to the ground he hits himself on a table.. it took forever to get help.. then when the help came it was security and instead of helping him once he regained conciseness.. security wanted him to sign a release form. Everyone in the place was like no but if u protested the casino wanted to kick u out.. so be careful
