The Bluegrass Gospel CD they came out with, "Closer To Home" is super. I ordered it and listen to it constantly. It's very well produced with great sound clarity and separation, is moving and raises up the spirit in the most beautiful way possible. Their music is a soothing, inspiring and joyous ride in a world where we can sometimes get stuck and not hear God calling. God Bless the Purple Hulls for sharing their many gifts and giving voice to the wonder of God's word.

Thank you so much, Martin! Yes, "No Power in the Water" is a song written by the girls and a friend of ours, Jeff Hyde. Lots of solid theology in that one for sure! There's nothing like the unadulterated GOSPEL!
I just wanted to say I'm a big fan of you guys! Especially from what I have heard your theology is good so that for me makes the songs even more meaningfull.looks like these songs were written quite a while ago but I hope that you continue in writing more song. And also to Ben no other banjo videos help me with learning banjo as much as your videos do! Thank you for teaching

Ben, I guess I contributed after the fact. I love the album. Guess I'm showing my age. I love the CD. I'll be looking in on you from time to time and thank you again for the joy you and the girls put into your music. My daughter has almost memorized the songs we listen to in the car. I love your music. I have been looking at your videos for a few years now. I am glad you found kickstarter, I have been teaching my students about kickstarter for a couple years now. It is a great place to start. I also love your original material - excellent theology in them. So many new "gospel" songs lack quality accurate biblical theology and evangelistic appeals, especially "No Power In The Water", I assume that's your original. Thanks again for great music. Martin.

Operate better than 60 gospel songs that are not registered and wondered if you might be interested. I used to sing with the Waymasters with your located there in Nashville also. Great bunch of guys. But all I write is Gospel so if you're interested let me know cuz I'm just looking for somebody to sing them.

I know you reached your goal But with videos like this with your what I'm assuming is very good recording equipment I'm basing that statement on the instruments and mics I see. Also the sound the room; you in must have had some acoustic treatment to make that quality of sound. It didn't sound like some guy in his living room with a camera and guitar. Why did you need to go a recording studio? I'm you guys probably could have made a cd that everyone would have loved from your home!!!

yikes that was loud, there that's better! the twins a handful of years later with a name, the purple hulls asking for money to fund a gosple song! oh, i can't t play upright! it tweeks my first finger knuckle..volume up for vocals god this is credible, the vocalist third part harmony singer is going crazy! only on the bridge & why? psalm 150, the last psalm is how god likes to be praised
Brother, I don't have a credit card, but I personaly am working on putting together a Gosple CD. I have been asked to do a few concerts for local churches, and at the end they ask for Cd's. I am curently unable to meat the demand, but I am working on a CD with another brother in the Lord. I enjoy your music and I watch every You Tube lesson becaus I learn so much from you. God Bless
