@@ayami123 those arent sprinklers mate. That is a riot hose setting meant to help defend against home invaders or other forms of harassment. The book explains this and the new show set up that fact by having the home watering system malfunction and spray yang like he was an intruder.
It's not the show's fault that you didnt pick up on basic storytelling.

tbh I'm loving both Remake and OVAs so much but I actually prefer the remake because it showed a different perspective and I feel like they've made it much more exciting to look forward to considering the fact that they've changed some scenes and that will probably affect the storyline a lil bit, it's kinda annoying when people just can't appreciate both when it's literally just the same anime lmao, this is why Logh is not getting the attention it deserves. 👏👏👏
