What if I have ears on the umbrella? The ears stand out and if I cut them off what would I do?

I would proberbly take pattern of the earpeaces and note of where thy are sewn to the maine structure, if you wanna keep them, that is, if not I would dismount them in the least invasive way possible. If you havr to cut them of, then remember to file down the nobs of the ears. 😉
