Cut out that decoy and put a piston facing straight up and down and put the decoy on top of it. Then make a timer block and set it up to reverse the piston and re-trigger itself every second. That will make it so any turret or drone will have trouble targeting you at all. They will simply aim up and down wildly shooting and doing little damage. I have a much better and more compact design for a similar decoy system, but it's more for online play as it is made to negate any targeting settings the enemy does to counter it and making it so they have to manually aim if they want to hit their target
That hydrogen tank was shot off in the last video. You spent the last 10 min of the video glancing past the hole while you looked at the damage to your dead drone.
as someone who used to do SE PVP, welder walls are stupid useful for getting ships made, and were a borderline requirement for having ships ready for combat.
Maybe consider putting decoys on your vehicles, protected by heavy armor and welders to automatically repair the decoys and surrounding armor if it becomes damaged.
Can't remember if its vanilla or a mod, but there is an option in the projector to send all necessary components for a blueprint to production. I don't think it takes into account components you already have in storage though.
think its kind of ironic that you are playing and enjoying a game called space engineers by not going to space the same can be said about kerble space program for anyone that doesn't understand trajectories, burn times, basic constructing of stable objects or understanding how to appease clangs bigger cousins The Krakens well... hehe BOOM💥 has anyone spent a few hours trying to get the biggest/ best explosion's in KSP
You should make your base taller and sloped, paint it orange-brown, and turn it into a Jawa Sandcrawler :3
Oo tee-dee.
you could use one of the scripts that manage your assemblers so you always have at least X of any given material, makes printing stuff a breeze
im sitting here thinking the same thing lol isy's inventory management script would help him out so much.
Coming along nicely with the design, I'm pretty sure the lost tank is the drone that took "you from behind".
you should add a sensor that turns the welders off if you're inside their range as a safety feature.
observation from Splitsie: you can use a 2X1 slope like a ladder for temp scaffolding purposes

an idea for the drills, could you mount a ladder on the side of them, so you could ride them down into a hole, then ride them back up?

If that welder wall is going to be permanent you might want to make your lightning rod taller. They're the same height!
The turret array has already surpassed the lightning rod anyway.
Yay for multi-channel audio recording. Making that switch is a pain, but absolutely worth it. :) (And your audio sounds great, so no issues. :)
That explosion at 45:30 was an Unknown signal - Timer runs out = Boom!!
The recording format is quite good. You were sliding, because you left your jetpack on.
Well, he disables the jetpack in this serie. So i think it's something else ... like the drill stucked in the voxel

A bit of advice put some blocks around the wheels and connectors to the wheel from getting blown off
0:40 bump bar/not a bummber 2. Fenders
in reference to your recording changes, your audio seems a lot more clear and crisp in some odd way that I cant really explain. So good job :)
I agree. No audio issues at all.
Would heavy armor blocks on the outside of the rover make it stronger and better against fire
Should be starting with the stuff next to the wheels.
To reset the location of the spectator camera, hit F7 and then F8.

Oh thank god, A community I can relate with.
Weld Summon! May this ship appear before me and do as i command, Cyclops!

I was just about to suggest the same thing, it’s a script, useful at the beginning when supply’s are low and in the case when storage is short
It's a Mod here's the link steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1289485324 Don't know if there is a different one I'm not aware of.....
I will check it out thanks! Always on the lookout for mods that reduce my use of scripts, got about 10 scripts I use all the time
S4 be like: *JETPACK SOUNDS INTRO
Why does it sound like your thrusters are firing when they are off?
rebuild that in your creative world, and make a blue print of it. taht way you can recreate it anytime you need
I think you can make blueprints out of survival mode grids.
I wish I had more time to watch you guys, but I'm working on my computer science degree.
🤣You are well connected😃
I love the design
Darn, sadface. No Grinder Bumber and still no proper battery room, batteries are not flooring!!!
Rotor + hinge + o2h2 generator
