As other have already said Pau FC isn't in Basque Country, nowadays the best team of the Northern Basque Country is "Les Genets d'Anglet (Angelu) in 5th tier (Aviron is in the 6th ). You also forget the Navarrese clubs such as Tudelano, Izarra, Mutilvera, Peña Sport...
Thank you for taking on my idea! I’m surprised to see the league pushing the top 10 leagues in Europe. Athletic Bilbao was also a huge surprise. I wonder if the fact that the league was based in Ireland caused the decline because no Basque newgens were being created to feed the Basque-only signing policy. I think creating a new league in the pre-game editor would create a very different and more competitive result.
I thought the same thing but with checking out Bilbao's team every single season I noticed the Basque regens are coming, they just can't keep hold of them. You'll notice as well it took them 15-20 seasons for the real decline to happen and once it did there was no recovery.
@@FMChallenger okay, but they had youth rating of irish league, not spanish, so their regens were crap, compared to other teams that could sign players
You can create a mew league im the pre-game editor but not q mew nation, you have to base ot off something. Still if he did it right, he did not only move the clubs but also their cities and stadiums like if ireland annexed the basque country
Brilliant man, I gave you a bunch of suggestions and was raging a left off the Basque Country because that is obviously the best possible league to try.
New Ideas I have would be a Soviet Union league, Gran Colombia (Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and Panama) or German speaking super league (Germany, Austria and Swiss German clubs)
I also think Bilbao in game deserve some kind of academy player buff, because its highly unrealistic that they would drop this much, it happens in Spanish saves quite often in my opinion
@@denja964 I agree the Basque country would be more of a complete league. Let's be honest though if Bilbao ever go through very hard times in real life, how will their club policy effect them? we're yet to see it.
Yeah and catalans would agree, the basques are the best in football in all of iberia. Athletic Bilbao signs only basque and still it is among the 5 most succesful spanish teams
Thank you, of my research I knew Pau Fc, Aviron Bayonnais and Osasuna aren't official Basque clubs but they do come under the Greater Basque country. I thought adding these three would make it more interesting instead of 3 more 1 star Basque clubs.
idea for a 9 part series, create a league for the 9 english regions (North East, North West, Yorkshire and Humber, West Midlands, East Midlands, South West, South East, East of England, London) you can look at how each league develops (see if any lower league or non league teams evolve in their league and overtake the giants) plus it's 9 extra videos
I would really like to see a Nordic “super league” it would be really interesting too se clubs such as Bodø Glimt, FC Copenhagen and Malmö FF fight over what is the best club in Northern Europe. If you do a video on this idea I recommend using either the Norwegian league or Swedish league seeing as how they have the most similar league structure of all the countries. Here are the clubs I would choose for the first division: FC Copenhagen, Bodø Glimt, Midtjytland, Djurgården IF, Malmö FF, Molde, KuPS (Finland), Helsinki IFK, BK Häcken, Rosenborg, AIK, Hammarby, IF Elfsborg, Tromsø, Brøndby and Nordsjælland. Clubs I would choose for the second division: Mjällby AIF, Randers, Víkingur (Faroe Islands), Vikingur Reykjavik, Silkesborg, Viking, IK Sirius, Kalmar FF, AGF, Brommapojkarna, Brann, Breidablik, KFUM Oslo, Fredrikstad FK, Viborg, Värnamo. In the lower leagues you’ll just have too spam lower division Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish clubs plus a couple clubs from the Faroese islands and Iceland. In my research of this I accidentally found out that my club (Djurgården) technically is the best in Europe seeing as how it is almost 5,000 points clear of Malmö. Edit: created this and immediately saw that you pretty much have already done this lol.
I love the comment mate but yeah I have already created that although I named it wrong it should've bee 'Nordic' and not 'Scandinavian' Do you have any other suggestions? 😀
@@FMChallenger Not really, you have done most of the things that come up in mind immediately, but maybe transferring the premier league teams too leagues ranked less than top 10 too too see how the leagues end up. So Norway gets Manchester City (because they are ranked 11), replacing their best team Bodø Glimt which is transferred too the premier league, Arsenal is sent too the Israeli premier league (ranked 12) replacing Maccabi Tel Aviv which is sent too the premier, Liverpool is sent too Greece replacing Paok which is sent too the premier league (you probably get that all the teams replaced are sent too the premier league so I won’t have too repeat it again), Aston Villa is sent too Denmark replacing Midtjylland, Tottenham is sent too Austria replacing RB Salzburg, Chelsea is sent too Switzerland replacing Young Boys, Newcastle is sent too Scotland replacing Celtic, Manchester United is sent too Poland replacing Jagiellonia, West Ham is sent too Croatia replacing Dynamo Zagreb, Crystal Palace is sent too Serbia replacing red star Belgrade, Brighton is sent too Ukraine too replace Shaktar Donetsk, Bournemouth is sent too Sweden too replace Malmö, Fulham is sent too Hungary replacing ferencvárosi, Wolves is sent too Cyprus replacing Apoel, Everton is sent too Slovakia too replace slovan Bratislava, Brentford is sent too Romania too replace FCSB, Nottingham Forrest is sent too Bulgaria (I am not going too bother to try to pronounce their best teams name), Leicester City is sent too Azerbaijan replacing Qarabag, Ispwich town is sent too Russia and finally Southampton is sent too Slovenia too replace Maribor.
Bilbao defo did fail because there weren't enough Irish Basque players in the game, that'll be why as soon as their current squad left or retired they went to shit, can't blame you blame their management for not wising up lol.
Yes I know I messed up there now but still they had their chances in the early days, who knows what would've happened if they just would've won a super league
As a Spanish person it always amazes me how much English people struggle to pronounce our words, we really believe we pronounce words just how they are written
To be fair as a basque myself some of our words are difficult to pronounce. Not only for foreigners, even some non basque spaniards have problems with them. I remember when Beasain was a decent third tier team they butchered its name using a couple of hilarious pronunciations.
I'm pretty sure you can say the same about every language especially for people who can't speak any words in that language, like me for example, I know Ola and Feliz navidad and that's about it 😅
imo English is a language that confuses people on phonetics, you have too many ways of pronouncing a same syllable and letter. While Spanish vowels always sound the same (like in rat, let, him, on, blue) and our consonants mostly too. Exceptions: our silent H; silent U in gue/gui/que/qui; G in ge/gi and J pronounced like english H in "hat"; C in Ce/ci and Z pronounced like English th in "think", and that's it pretty much.
Can you make video about how to swap club from Asia/Africa to Europe League. Cuz I'm trying that, but my club got Asian Champion League Not European Champion League😅
You actually confused occidental pyrenees and north basque country, the latter is a part of the first but not all of it so Pau should not be inclouded but bayonnais would. There are not any big teams in north basque cointry, they are more of rugby players which is exactly the same case with french catalonia, whoch jas the best non-british rugby team in europe

Next Galician league? Since we are doing spanish autonomous regions.
Haha yeah a lot of Spanish regions on show here. I'll add it to the list 😅
