Thanks so much for making this. I had been looking around for a not-overly-complex tremolo pedal that added some special (and actually usable) sounds beyond the standard trem effect. This one checked every box and with a very reasonable price tag too, it has no faults or drawbacks at all. In 35 years of playing I can't name 3 other effects boxes I am as totally satisfied with as this...for me it's up there with the Crybaby Wah and Strymon Brigadier. I don't know how much success you are having with it as far as sales, but whatever engineer(s) worked on this did a magnificent job and you should be very proud. This pedal deserves to be an all-time classic.
I feel like I'm writing to a laundry detergent company to tell them how fresh my clothes smell. But seriously this is just what I've been looking for. Nothing wrong with the Flint, the Boss TR-2 and a few other units I've tried but none ever grabbed me and gave this much utility
Yes or tap tempo through the on/off switch. The Mod11 does that but I think this one doesn't because it's an analog circuit reissue. I like this (especially the pulse ratio shape control) but I wonder if it would be better to have sinewave instead of triangle.
Yes it does! Got mine three days ago and it's incredibly good. I get a good How Soon is Now with the controls set as shown in the first section of the video, without the Oceans 11 and my Ram's Head set with the distortion at about the 9:00 position, which answers my own above question. It sounds really good with the Oceans 11 set ash shown and no distortion, too.
Is this the same analog circuitry as the regular Stereo Pulsar but with volume added, and in a smaller box? And/or how does this differ from the non-Nano Stereo Pulsar. Or is this now digital? Thx.
Me too! I was even going to buy the original kne last week and then i thought:" i will wait for the nano version, tyey will definitely release one someday "
I have 2 Eventide H9 in my compact pedal board that can do anything combined together. ButI keep an additional delay pedal, 2 overdrives and have just ordered a Nano Pulsar because the vibe and the "hands on" excitement of it can't be replicated in other ways. I'm stereo addicted too!
where ever u want it. If you put it after Reverb the Reverb will also pulse. If you put it before the Reverb the Reverb will not pulse and it will sort of smooth it out. If you put up before delay the delay will come out kind of choppy and unpredictable
I have to congratulate your designer. The pedal designs alone for the past 10 years makes me want to buy them. Such nice concepts.
Finally the volume knob i was waiting for! The volume decay in the original pulsar is so awful.
get the super pulsar, great tremolo (with volume knob!)
That ring mod was sick af 🔥
Oh wow that Ringmod like Trem sounds amazing.
It's been a mystery to me for a while why you guys don't have a small-form tremolo in your catalogue. This looks/sounds ace. 👌
Yes! I've been practically begging for this to happen for years!

Can't go wrong with EHX.
Awesome pedal! Would have loved to see a tap tempo jack out though

Just when I think I'm done with pedals for a minute y'all pull this shit. Thanks .
Genius in a rectangular metal box. Add strings, pluck & repeat. . .
NOOOO... I CAN NOT BUY ANOTHER EHX PEDAL. STOP IT...
Just ordered. Can’t wait
Fantastic demo, showing some huge capabilities!
EHX makes amazing products.
Owned so many vibe pedals.
Sold all but Cool Vibes.
Great demo of a cool pedal.
I have the Zoom pedal with 150 presets, but I want this pedal -- that stereo effect at the end is most awesome.
Ok, I’m getting myself one of these for my birthday (soonish)
Now this sounds like a trem id be interested in trying..very cool
Have you considered making a nano version of the Worm? It could use a little revamping as well.
I was going to buy the original larger version but I'll probably get this now
Inspiring.
about timeeee
I have the last release Pulsar. I love it. I may pick this one up to save space on my board. Is this still analog?
Yes, the Nano Pulsar is analog.
So is that hat a thing I can buy or..........
I was just thinking of hooking up my Pulsar with a fuzz in front and a wah behind, and getting my Mark Farner on.
(:
Video gets good at 2:57!!
Ordered :)
Holy Shit! Its Alive!!ALIVE!!
Sweet!!
Time to bring back the 80s
How loud is the click of the footswitch on this? On the original pulsar its super loud.
The one I received that just came off their line doesnt make a sound. All pedal on/off switches should be this way.
OMG!!! HELL YESSS 🎇🎆🎆🎇🎆
does the signal turn mono again after turning the pedal off? or do both channels stay open if being sent to two amps?
Would work with line instruments?
Yes, the maximum input signal before clipping is +5dBu
Comment s'appelle le premier morceau (Classic Triangle wave) ?
When does it go on sale?
Shipping to dealers now!
Need it 🔥🔥🔥
Does it Smiths?
Yes
@@EHX Recommended settings for that? Where do I look?

Yup, still the same analog circuit, with a volume and in a smaller box.
We now live in a world that most electronic parts are getting smaller. Of course, it's still analog.
Crayon is 100% awesome pedal. Really nice distortion. I plan on getting 1 EHX pedal a month for the next year.
Well you’ve gone and done something I’ve wanted for years! 😁
Me too! I was even going to buy the original kne last week and then i thought:" i will wait for the nano version, tyey will definitely release one someday "
FINALLY A VOLUME KNOB!!!
Make an Octave Multiplexer with one!!!!
What a stellar demo! Amazing tones and playing all around.
Man, this thing sounds fantastic in stereo.
…I have the original stereo Pulsar; one of my favorite modulation pedals…nice work! I’m
Why not include a stereo input???
For stereo we have the Super Pulsar. Stereo and much more.
Amazing pedal

I dig the Pat Metheny background music
Dammit I just bought the regular pulsar.
good présentation ,thank s.
Can I trade my Lester G and Canyon straight across?
Been waiting for this!
Another great demo, Tom! Thanks!
FINALLY!!!!!!!
Mike Matthews Jim Dunlop and Michael Fuller are the true pedal geniuses pure legends all 3 of them..Electro Harmonix Dunlop Fulltone..
What order does tremolo pedal go in regards to reverb and delay pedals? This pulsar sounds really good, and I thought I was done buying pedals.
where ever u want it. If you put it after Reverb the Reverb will also pulse. If you put it before the Reverb the Reverb will not pulse and it will sort of smooth it out.
If you put up before delay the delay will come out kind of choppy and unpredictable
overdrives, Trem, delay and verb.
