i'm hoping there's someone here who can help me figure something out: is there any link between mewing and estrodiol, estrogen, progesterone or any other chemicals that fluctuate throughout a woman's menstrual cycle? maybe a decrease of stress in the muscles around the jaw/tongue? i can feel a marked decrease in how much conscious effort my tongue posture requires and an increase in how easy breathing is in general when i'm at certain points in my cycle. i'd say right before the ovulation window. anybody else who experienced it? :D
But there is a cure for sleep apnea if the whole process works due to breathing related issues, CPAP makes me worse and i cant figure out why, i think i have sleep apnea and upper airway resistance syndrome, my sleep doctors are useless! im sure my airways are to narrow in general.
Is the doctor saying its just better to have MMA surgery rather than Marpe? im 43 years old!

maybe there is no cure but if you get marpe, or you get mma or whatever you need depending if you have transversal defficiency or forward defficiency or other kind of defficiency, maybe getting those surgeries can make you be able to tolerate cpap, there are even papers saying that nasal surgery can improve cpap therapy

I believe it's possible to permanently stop sleep apnea with MMA surgery.
In my humble opinion, I agree with you. I'm sure that either with MSE or MMA plus myofunctional therapy, some people can, and probably have, been cured of sleep apnea.

If you suffer from sleep apnea I hope that works for you. But if you think having crooked horse monster teeth is facially aesthetic you’re in the wrong universe.
