Gunner Intermediate fit in your fine product?

It looks like these will fit the Ruff Tough Kennels (Large and XL sizes) fairly well with perhaps a little slack. Any chance of making a cover for the RTK Intermediate size? 20"W x 32"L x 23"H Also, are these made in the USA?
