    A good rule of thumb to time your tea is 10 slow, full breaths = 1 minute. (1 full breath - inhale/exhale)

      Love this, I practice Chinese gong fu tea but I’m always trying to move away from using timers, scales, etc. and rely more on feel so tips like this are wonderful to come across

    the teapot (急须) contains 160cc?
    i usually drink the Enshi 玉露,from Hubei Province,similar to sencha. 都是蒸青绿茶
