I’ve ordered 3 times now from you all. From simple 1/8” to tapped 3/8” rings. Perfect every time and the sour candy straws really makes it taste good too 😏
I'm 8 away from 100 orders, and only ever had 1 hiccup, but that was on the shipping carrier for damaging the package. Sendcutsend made it right anyways!
I think the black hole thing is what happened with 2 of my orders that ran 2 days late. Both came in with an extra piece that looked like a test cut of some kind.
Referencing the part about CAD and parts builder in the middle, one place where you guys could improve is showing the intermediate options between parts builder and full blown CAD. For instance, I design my parts in Affinity Designer, export as an EPS and I get great results from that. It's so much easier than learning CAD, much cheaper than paying for CAD (I know, free fusion for personal use) and the learning curve on it is super simple. When you say upload a DXF or STEP, it makes it sound a lot more complicated than it actually is. Software like Affinity doesn't support those file types for export so doing a good explainer than any vector shape can be uploaded would open up a big new audience if communicated correctly.
Until you're the scale of Digikey then $19 that's the best us Canadians can get for shipping. For reference I can get $8 flat next day delivery from Digikey (Indiana to Ontario). AFAIK Digikey literally ships by the ULD-load or maybe even plane-load because they have just that much volume. That said if SendCutSend is coming to Toronto then even better!
Kudos for responding head on without being defensive. Multiple orders including some hand holding from your tech team to get a usable dxf, everything you stated matches my experience. 5+ Stars
I have used your service on several occasions and could not come close either doing it in shop or a local job shop. If you are a shop that does any kind of metal work and you are not using SCS or doing it in house already you are missing a good deal. I have to say I got a chuckle out of the last guy that wanted to unpack it and bolt it up. Your site is very clear about that. The only limiting factor in my relationship with SCS is my imagination and CAD skills. Great service guys, keep up the good work. Small shops all over the country (world) can build things that before were so much more difficult and expensive without your service. Oh yeah, can ya give an old guy York peppermint patties instead of the other candy? LOL kidding, just kidding.
SendCutSend has saved my butt a couple of times i have violated their DFM guidelines. Live chat is sweet. The lack of handholding is what allows them to keep your cost down.

I love the positive reviews with low stars lol.
"I really like this and will most definitely use this service in the future. 2 stars."
Never used Send, Cut, Send, but I love these videos
Sorry I get so red when I drink whiskey. I think I'm allergic...but I'm not a quitter. -- Jim

Amazing!
How refreshing to see a company go over bad reviews
Looking to place my 1st order

@@natarem want to write a blog post for us? 😉
@ honestly yea I would. My company’s store is super busy during the holiday season (now) but I can do it in about three weeks.
@ sweet, hit up sara@sendcutsend.com and we’ll work out the details! I agree it’s a worthy topic of discussion

Everyone makes mistakes, not everyone fixes them. Love you guys!
What I like to say in practice... show me someone who doesn't make mistakes and I will show you someone who isn't doing anything.
