I’m a developer, and DNA is to me the proof that we were designed. Everything in computers is based on sequences of 0s and 1s. DNA is similar but with a base 4, way more possibilities. Look at what we were able to achieve with binary code, DNA is so much more complex than that, it’s mind blowing
Actually, DNA is Binary and not Quaternary. There are 4 protein that make up the base pairs, Adenine (A), Thymine (T), Cytosine (C) and Guanine (G). Since Adenine always pairs with Thymine and Cytosine always pairs with Guanine, that allows the _only_ possibilities of the base pairs being AT, TA, CG and GC. In binary, these four pairs can be represented in binary using two bits, 00, 01, 10 and 11. In base-4 and using two Quaternary digits, it would range from 00 to 33, in decimal, 0 to 15. But, there are only four possible arrangements of the four proteins of the base pairs, as noted above. As DNA is encoded in sets of three base pairs, called codons, you can designate each base pair above as the digits 0 to 3 (AT, TA, CG, GC), then you would have a quaternary system built up from the binary encodings. This will then give you the range of 000 to 333 in base-4, or from 0 to 63 in decimal. Nevertheless, the core of the system is still binary.
This is basically my sentiments after learning about DNA from my college biology class in 1973. How could this all happen? By accident??? Spontaneously?? Even through the eons of time? Time is a degrading factor, not a creating force.
There is even more when you begin to study the intricacies of other factors, such as, amino acids do not polymerize in water. Why is that important? Because life is to have emerged from the seas. If amino acids do not polymerize, there are no proteins.
Even if there was no other evidence for the existence of the God of the Bible, the mind boggling complexity of DNA would be (more than) enough. That's why it drives me nuts when anti-theists say, "There's no evidence for the existence of God. Absolutely none." Our God is glorious! And He is good!
As a biochemist, however, I have to tell you that DNA as a molecule is not particularly complex, in fact it is somewhat boring due to the constant repetition of the same 4 bases. Numerous other biochemical structures, e.g. larger proteins, are much more interesting and much more difficult to understand.

You didn't even mention where or how the original complements for life (nucleotides) come from. Then comes the chicken/egg problem you eluded to. Even if you get a DNA strand, it stands no chance of surviving outside a cell wall. And how do you get a cell wall without DNA to code for it. Then comes the problem of 2 different DNA strands evolving at the same time, and here i mean the dna from the mitochondria.
That is because the original nucleotides didn't come from a Where, but maybe directly from Who. The whole point of this clip is to point out Who origins and that there are no Where sources for creation and that is Why no one outside of Christianity has an answer.

The prominent way we see denial of God today is by people saying that God isn’t real. So even though the verse might not have said “The fool says in his heart there is no God”, we can still get the same message out of the original translation. Pretty cool!

When you browse UA-cam or other internet stuff about God. People always like to put up images of him being like an old man. It's bizarre. I know they're not necessarily worshiping the image but seems to be making an image of God that's not allowed. But besides that why is he always old looking. God would not age and have his body decay if he had the body. I think it is bizarre to think that Jesus looks like a really old man. Most theologies imply that God is outside of time so even if you believed in that theology there would be no time for him to age. If you're an open-theist do you think God is not outside of time but he would not look aged either because he has no sin that causes corruption. Or is it somehow looking like an old hairy man that ideal perfect way?
