I had to look up the video of Ronnie Coleman doing incline dumbbells. Ronnie did it after doing some sets of heavy flat dumbbell presses and moved the dumbbells from his lap up by himself, he was also not using armrwaps. Congratulations with your new insane PR larry! but Ronnies is still more impressive imo.

Crazy i was watching you before my near death experience, i had a blood clott to the brain & survived 3 years ago, i was 145 when i got of an enduced coma, i woke up in a stange hospital, up until 10 months ago, i started working out & cre8ed my own program, but i was having lots of dreams of lifting really heavy weights & at the time i was thinkin, it's not one of my psychic dreams cause i couldn't picture it, working out after that happened & with a dislocated shoulder, so last 8 months all the dreams of different gyms were actually real ones, so ya i am doing 75's 30 reps, just started doing 225 on incline for reps, my program worked, i was gifted after my nde so i see everything & how the body adapts vs. how it recovers, especially recovery of your ligiments & knowing when to stay away to recover, anyway it's just crazy it feels like yesterday i was watching all your videos all the time & thinking i can't ever work out again, sorry for the short story but i can't believe what i gained in such a short time, oh and my program always gives me 4-5 reps every recovery in gains.. anyhoo i have some secrets i can't wait to start my channel & cover a different style. Mad respect brother ya killed it 💯

The that Ronnie was using was a slightly inclined bench making it substantially easier. Yes I know Larry had wraps on which makes it easier. Very hard to compare here because it's not apples to apples. Both guys extremely impressive on this lift but it's very hard to say who did it better because it's much harder to do on the steeper incline Larry was using but also easier in some ways because he was using elbow wraps.

I don't think Ronnie used the wraps on his elbows...be interesting to see if the angle fo the bench was the same as well. 5-10 degree difference can really do wonders for how much more weight one can press. Also, have to look at Ronnie's range of motion. Those were really impressive half reps.

Larry being back on the chicken, rice and brocolli is the best decision he could have ever taked hopefully being cautious at how much he takes. Back to original roots of strength.

Critiques regarding Ronnie's form vs yours have too many variating factors. Your injuries definitely justify the use of extra equipment, and honestly have very little doubts you'd be able to do this without wraps as well. Great lifts, you're an absolute beast. Larry the Lobster would be proud.

I know what 150s feel like. I did 150s for 4 on flat bench in my 30s, lifetime natural, at a bodyweight of 175 pounds. At 61 I can't even look at them without pulling a muscle. Those days are long gone. I know how heavy those suckers are, so for Larry to push 200s is beyond superhuman.

It really is a big load, but is there a video where Ronnie starts with this movement? because what I saw was him doing, if I'm not mistaken, with this load after the series on the straight bench without any difficulty, does anyone know the record for 1 maximum execution? about 120kg? Lerry is really very strong, congratulations!
