Note: Some of my captured footage appears to be laggy (my ancient laptop I'm guessing is to blame). That's entirely on my end and the game itself has no lag like that.
The developer of CyubeVR said in a youtube interview that Eye tracked dynamic foveated rendering gives the PSVR2 the performance of a 3090 GPU, he says all VR headsets need to be using eye tracked rendering, its a massive game changer for VR fidelity.
@@PetrifyingPumpkins Many games in the first 12 months arrived without the new technology but could have really benefited from it, if one man developers can use it and say Sony has made it easy to implement, then there is no excuse for other developers releasing blurry PSVR2 games.
I’ve been waiting for a review of this and I after seeing the trailer I hoped it was gonna live up to the visuals of the trailer and I’m happy to hear it does
Great review and I am only a couple hours in but agree with everything you said in the review. I am hoping for multiplayer but don't care about a PVP option. It also seems like they need to add some different biomes as there doesn't appear to be much variety in the world. I do play a LOT of minecraft and I think I will get many hours of fun with this also.
@@PetrifyingPumpkins I have also only seen forest myself. I think the lack of snow was just a bug and it has been corrected but I haven't been back in after the last update yet.

If only PSVR2 was the dominant headset, we'd see way more of that.
Give it time . I believe sony has something planned .@PetrifyingPumpkins

How they released Quest 3 (which needs it even more given it's lack of grunt) without it is still a mystery.
@@carpetfluff35 Eye tracking on the Quest 3 would have zapped the battery life even faster than it does now.
I just spent 30 minutes laying on my back in a cave I hollowed out, watching the snow drifting down into my face.
This is a quote they should use in a trailer or box packaging.

Looks amazing in the headset. The PSVR2 version runs brilliantly thanks to the eye-tracking and foveated rendering.

Thank you. I know there's forest, desert and snow but I've only seen forest so far.

Great review bud. Thanks for making it short and to the point
Thanks for the kind feedback Trev!
Good review thanks, can’t wait to see what people make in this amazing tv world, getting it asap myself
Appreciate that, thanks!
Ye and GT have sold me on this. THANX PP!
Thanks for watching!
I don't think this game is for me, but I'm glad it turned out well for those who enjoy this sort of thing.
Good job on the review 👍
Understandable. Thanks for the comment! 🙏

Enjoy!
It feels like this game was made specifically to comfort the people who are gonna be traumatized by Madison.
Also: 4:07 Caught in 4k Pumpkins!!
That's just in their nature 😅
Looks good. Great review, dude.
Thank you Pete!
Well shit. I feel i have to get it just for those visuals. Probably do all the challenges and drop it until combat and cooperative play come around.
Sit down, open Spotify and chill out for a while.
i love the game but i dont have it yet :(
So theres a magical briefcase and a magical bucker, did you have a cheese sandwich after 8pm again? fevered VR nightmares aside, looks good!
I don't eat cheese!
When AI takes my job and I need a new one I may try this one
Being a mercenary is a job too.
I tried playing but kept being met with a black screen
It updated today so I'm hoping that fixed it so i can finally play it!
You may need to turn off 120hz mode on your PS5 settings.
I’m like you Minecraft never peaked my interest either.
I just wanted to buy it untill you said "there are no anemy to play against them"
can we se other online player in the game ?
There is no online. Just you and a few animals that don't attack you. There's talk of a combat update coming in a future update however.
Survival battles and multiplayer is said to be added later, its just one bloke making this
Nice 👍

Cant get past tutorial about move the cube. I detached the cube and moved it idk what else they mean.
Is the one where you edit a cube that you've already placed by putting a new cube where that one is, allowing you to move it?
which is better psvr2 or quest 3?
I don't have a Quest 3 so I can't say but this game isn't on Quest.
The footage lags. Does look good though.
I thought that was just my editing software but something must have happened during capture. Rest assured there is no such lag when playing.
I will never understand the appeal of games like this. I don't play video games to do chores - each to his, her, its own, I guess.
Fair enough, I can see why you'd see it that way.

Just bought this shit and wish i could get a refund. 60 gb to fuck
