These countertops remind me of the ones at the Assateague Island visitors center in Maryland. I would love them in my kitchen in Ocean City Maryland. I'm so motion sick from watching the video. Need to keep the camera steady and not tilt left and right or swing side to side. I guess I could try to freeze frame the video to get a good look at the counter tops. The camera would just swing around and you couldn't focus on the work involved.
Funny you should say that, ppl asked me about that I think to make a homes exterior hurricane proof might look like a army barricade, why can't we use glass fibers and all the recycled glass from newer bottle beach bar dumpster and make it look awesome...I would need a partner to attack that business plan..have an awesome week
Would love to pour an entryway and dining room floor (on new concrete addition) in a Tampa house. Tiles on the market do not have the glass content I am visualizing. Husband is very handy. Is it possible to do this like an old terrazzo floor with some instruction?
Sure, I dont do floors, but absorb all the info you can on you tube and have fun doing it..Start checking the local tampa recyclers, they may be able to give you lotsa glass already cleaned, etc..

Oh yeah, especially when glass gets put in it, the crete actually gets smoother getting all t hff e glass scratches out,

What makes the concrete white
Colored pigment powders in the mix, some do a serious a series of etching and staining,but its easier to mix in ahead of time

Yes and no, meaning I precast it and you have someone lay it into your entryway
