They should tone down the spawn rate of the antlers and the skulls. It's a cool addition but you can find them literally everywhere. Pigeon is just a chaotic mess and I love it.

Oh my god yeah the amount of antlers is insane. Since the update went public I've been antler and skull hunting in Amethyst Mountain and there are just SO MANY antlers everywhere!!! Eventually I had to give up on bringing all of them back to my planned home site (wish me luck in finding my last couple of skulls...)

@@White_Husky In my experience antlers seem to be clustered around the same few areas (you'll find a lot of them in the same place). I found a lot up in northern Amethyst Mountain in the open area kind of near Fairies' Fall, as well as down in the Lamar Valley, iirc the devs said something about them being more common in places where bull elk frequent. I haven't really looked in other maps. Skull locations are totally random though from what I've seen. I hope this helps! I went a while without finding any antlers at all until I found a whole lot of them all at once.

Edit 1: oh my goodness the Skullfinders pack my LIFE is COMPLETE Edit 2: I feel like Pigeon would mainly do bone/antlers/horns/etc. names for her pups, but I think that other oddities would work, maybe Bubble or Snail/Slug or Gecko/Lizard. I really hope that 2F survives :( If she does, I think that Journey, Trek, maybe Bison or Skull would be extremely fitting for her… field trip
I was going to say I've noticed Den attacks happen a lot sooner than normal as of late. I'm used to a day or two buffer but it seems they increased the attacks to happen a lot sooner, it was pretty startling!

I am almost jealous of Pigeon's throne of bones. I tried a new save file with a wolf named Stag (fourth gen of my nomads pack). I found a bison skull, cougar skull, elk antler, and spike elk antler. I was a little miffed on that 'cause I wanted a big collection but at least the pups had fun with the cougar skull

The only female should be named Lyra after Pigeon's brother Luka Irl, Lyra was my pup for a little over 7 years before she sadly passed away December 2d of last year (so almost a year ago) from a cancerous mass in her stomach that had burst, we had to put her down, it was the most tragic things I've ever had to do 😔 She was a dachshund, a total diva and quite the little hound lol. I got Luka on new years eve after Lyra had passed so I thought naming one of the pups Lyra after Pideon's brother would be nice.
Name ideas: Wanderer (for 2F if she makes it🥺😞), Vulture, Seagull, and Mushroom (for the association with collecting and carcass), and/or Antler, Bone, Snap, Marrow and Skull (as a reference to the bones).

For those who don’t know, the reason why the pups got sick so fast is since if a kk (gray) and a Kk (black) wolf in wolf quest has a litter, it will be larger but less healthy. If you prefer having peace and easily beating the game without losing any pups, you should go Kk and Kk

Yeah, I've noticed something like that too; multiple attacks happening on the same day have suddenly become a lot more common

Well name 2m a dark pup who was the last one out of the den shadow after their father.
I don't think any of them are runts, I'm pretty sure a runt is normally 2lb lighter than all of the other pups, but I might be wrong.
I've definitely seen some pretty extreme runts but I think we've had a few that were only a pound lighter or even less? We'll see when we reach the year's end, haha.
