Hello, I solved the problem.
I uninstalled serial with:
pip uninstall serial
Then I installed pyserial:
pip install pyserial
Here's the first lines code:
import serial
import time
ser = serial.Serial('COM5', 9600)
print(ser.name) # This prints the port you have for your arduino, in my case COM5
As you can see if you install 'pyserial' you still import serial.
