Just wanted to clear something put . If you suffer with anxiety and you watch this video keep in mind that many of the symptoms of a heart attack are similar to a panic attack . So next time that you feel something like that might not be correlated with any health problems ( especially if you have done the exams and you are healthy) but with anxiety . I ve been through that i know how it is and how scary it can be and then the moment that you feel a minor discomfort you feel like you're gonna die . So keep in mind that this video's purpose is to inform and not scare and terrorize people .
I completely agree. I have already been to the emergency room many times thinking I was having a heart attack or stroke. The symptoms are terrifyingly real.
I was experiencing some anxiety watching this video, and was even hesitant to click on it. Because sometimes, I do feel a slight discomfort around the heart area and I'm not sure what's actually a cause for alarm and definitely do not want to go to the hospital over nothing. I just never know what may actually be the real deal. I'm 29, btw, don't smoke and I'm not close to being overweight.
Nothing can fill the gap of losing the loved ones .... But at least one can give a shoulder (hug) and listen to one's story ... Being human is also rare these days
Biggest reason is COVID vaccine which creates spike proteins in body it is proven in research also event Dr. Malone , the inventor of mRNA vaccine also confirmed this but only true doctors will reveal this truth
I remember my grandmother was suffering from these kinds of symptoms a year or two ago which resulted in her being hospitalized. It was a scary experience but she's alright now, it's interesting to see what she may or may not have been going through during that time.
0:16 I remember the day my dad wasn’t responding to any of my siblings or my mom. I was 6 years old. He was lying down and looking at the roof without blinking. my aunt called and ambulance and I overheard my brother calling my grandma saying that my dad was dying. I just stood there, in shock. I remember crying so hard that day and my uncle tried to cheer me up. the doctor said he had high blood pressure and high cholesterol because of his smoking. he didn’t quit after that tho. he still smokes to this day. And im just so glad he survived.
My father died on his 45th birthday from a massive heart attack. It was horrible and in front of me. He was sweating bullets, left arm pain, etc. He had a cardiac workup two weeks before which came out normal/non cardiac related. Trust the symptoms, but by the time my dad rolled his eyes up he was gone. The moaning in agony was horrible. I tried CPR to no avail. Edit for clarity: this happened when I was fifteen actually three days from turning 16 when he died. He never knew of Covid nor vaccine mandates. Thank you for all of your kind words. on 17th October 2020, my paternal uncle complained about throbbing back pain near shoulder region. We were totally clueless but he soon developed other symptoms like nausea and cold sweats. It was Saturday and the time was around 1.30 pm. We initially thought that it was due to cold exposure as season was shifting to winter. At around evening time, doctors confirmed the heart-attack after ECG at Shireen-Bagh Hospital. He was diagnosed with atherosclerosis. Doctors injected heparin and plasminogen activator and finally around midnight (2 am) my uncle found relief from the severe pain. Next day, I visited hospital in the morning and he was completely okk but on 19th October (Monday) at 12.30 pm, he went into coma. He was then kept on ventilator but by evening, the situation exacerbated and doctors told us that he won't recover as he was developing multiple organ failure and pulmonary oedema. The next day on 20th October at around 10 am he breathed his last. I can never forget one of the darkest moment in my life when I held the lifeless body of my uncle in my arms
Same here exact scenario. It took me a long time to realize that the way it happened couldn’t have been any better. He wasn’t going to survive it either way but he got to know that I was there with him out of anybody anywhere in the world. You were a comfort in the moment know that. Imagine if this would’ve happened in a store around strangers?
I had a heart attack earlier this year. I do suffer from anxiety from time to time, and have always had issues with IBS and gas pains. This felt totally different though, I immediately knew something wasn't right when the pain started, it was like a switch went off. It wasn't too sharp of pain but it was constant in my left chest and I just didn't feel well at all. Luckily, I called 911 within 5-10 minutes, and they got me in. It sounded like it was one of the major type heart attacks, they had to put in two stents. They got me on meds and I've cleaned up my diet and started exercising more, which I had been totally neglecting for several years, including during covid. The 6 months or so leading up to the attack, I noticed that I was retaining more fluid especially in my legs, so that was probably a symptom that things weren't working so great.
There are a few things you can do to help the person experiencing a heart attack: 1. Have them sit down and rest in a comfortable position 2. If the person is conscious and not allergic to aspirin, give them a dose of aspirin (usually 325mg) to chew or swallow, as this can help prevent blood clots from forming 3. If the person loses consciousness, begin cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) immediately, if you are trained in how to do so 4. Stay with the person until help arrives and monitor their vital signs (such as breathing and pulse) Early intervention can make a big difference in the outcome of a heart attack. It’s important to act quickly and call for emergency assistance if you suspect a heart attack is occurring

my uncle actually died from a heart attack today. my mom was crying and screaming so loud it was really sad there was about 6 to 9 doctors my mother was praying for him while the doctors were treating him at the house and after at the hospital but he later died in the hospital may he rest in piece 🙏
Doc is right, not everyone suffers those "Hollywood" heart attacks, clutching the chest and collapsing. Back in high school in the 80's my friend's dad suffered a heart attack, (he survived) he said it felt like someone was sitting on his chest and he drove himself to the hospital. Doc told him after running some tests he had a mild one but he needs to quit smoking (he had a 2 pack a day habit) or he might not be so lucky the next time. He quit that very day...
There are occasions in which can happen. I heard about a guy who grabbed his forehead in pain and then he collapsed in front of his girlfriend and died at 34. He died suddenly and unexpectedly from brain aneurysm, really scary to think about dropping dead like that out of nowhere.
At 1:24 you're saying "many heart attacks begin with only mild discomfort in the chest that intensifies over time" - about what kind of timespan are we talking about? Like a couple of seconds or minutes? Or can you feel this mild discomfort even earlier?
My *one* and *only* symptom of my heart attack was a severe burning sensation in my esophagus, like severe acid reflux. I had *%100* blockage of my left-descending ventricle.
@@rakshamalviya I got two stents implanted, and 6 years later I'm doing great. I take my medication and watch what I eat, doctors are happy with my progress.
My father and uncle had a heart attack at age around 65. They never eat fat food, no Blood pressure problem, and neither they smoke. My father is a doctor. The reasons for their attack were emotional.
Everyone must practise breathing exercises and spend sometime in nature , your mental health and physical health both play equal roles in determining your overall health , eat healthy as well as think healthy , meditate for atleast two times a day . Do exercise regularly but don't go for too tough ones..Maintain hygiene both inside and outside and do wear your masks outside..eat in time don't skip any meals . Stay hydrated and sleep well.
@@dennissheckleburg9775 you'll still be breathing fresh air with masks on , the ones with perfectly working lungs , can carry on with masks it's just the slight discomfort that we feel after sometime I agree , no problem remove your mask then and wear it again when you feel like wearing , here in my place people prefer using mask outside rn as the pollution level is high , it differs from person to person though.
I’ve also been told pain in the mouth is a symptom. If someone says they think they have a toothache and they are feeling all around their mouth instead of only pointing to one spot, that’s a bad sign.
My brother in law had a quadruple bypass. They said he was a ticking time bomb. The only symptom he had was a strange pain in his jaw when he exercised. A family member talked him into getting it checked out.
Feel like this is common with the job market. Worming longer hours for less pay jobs trying everything they can to cut corners. I was close to having one myself. Was working a job that pretty much did try to work me to death. The hours got put of control. Was consuming dangerous amounts of caffeine to try to keep myself awake. Caught myself dosing off a couple times driving. I did advise my ex supervisors about the job. They didnt care. All I got was good job no one can do it but you speech. I had chest pain sweat easy difficult time breathing at times. Resting heartbeat was over 170. Regular routines such as walking bending down made it rise to 200 plus. 1 night my body finally gave out when I got home and I collapsed on my bed. I slept for over 13 hours. I felt like crap. Thats when I knew I had to take better care of myself. I quit that job and they tried to ghost ob me. Long story short. Labor board ripped them apart. Tore the company a new one. Never let jobs take advantage of you. Where you are working just to work. Not able to value your experience or time. Way to many jobs like that. Especially more than ever with the inflation bad.
one of my father's best friends had some mild pain in the chest at morning and then died a day and half after. His heart attack was crazy long and he didn't suffer any agonic pain. Shits crazy, one should never underestimate pain.
@@dr.paulinemoyaert thanks. It's even sadder because he preferred to go to the doctor a day later because he had to attend mass (and thus he died at 00:00). Being so blind literally killed him. He was such a great man.

I had a minor heart attack. It was some minor chest pain, lots and lots of cold sweating and shortness of breath. Had one artery 100 clogged and another 70%.
Hi Bidisha, we will do an electrocardiogram (ECG). If the ECG is normal, we suspect muscle pain. If the ECG is abnormal, it is something heart-related.
@GhostYT I am not your doctor and I'm not here to give medical advice, but this sounds normal to me. Nothing to worry about. Especially if it's going on for years ;-). If you are worried, I would suggest seeing a family doctor.
I've never smoked before nor drink and i will not but unhealthy environment at home and over-strict parents caused me to lack social experience and i felt like being left out all the time and also apart from that I'm a sensitive guy These are what's making me have heart problem

Hello Doc, these days long Covid patients are experiencing a lot of chest pain onto the left handside and sternum area, all cardio results comes normal. I also experience heart palpitations, fatigue, breathlessness sometimes, how to identify a real heart attack ? Is sweating quite common when there is a heart attack ?
Sweating is a common symptom of a heart attack. But you wouldn't be able to walk around with a heart attack for longer than a few days. If you're having these symptoms for weeks or even months, I'm pretty sure it's not a heart attack.
@@dr.paulinemoyaertthat’s a slightly comforting comment for me. Its been months that i feel dull pain every other day around my sternum and the same area backside (upper back). Doctor ruled out its depression and anxiety disorder (which i cannot disagree with because I’ve had panic attacks and i get anxious a lot over small things). I’ve also suffered a whiplash in October 2022, and I don’t know if that’s a contributor too but whatever it is, chest pain really freaks you out. However, I’ve yet not done any heart tests but is ECG and TMT reliable enough? I’m 25 year old and weigh 46kgs with height 5’3.
I received a similar comment from someone else (I pinned it, see first comment below this video). I don't really know why that could be the case, I'm sorry.
its really sad we aren't able to actively diagnose and/or prevent this from happening. Anyone know how to avoid plaque from forming like that and getting stuck?

I don't live a very unhealthy lifestyle but my grandma passed away of a heart attack last year and just a year later my dad did as well. He was 61, I'm 21 but now I'm low-key worried
You shouldn't be worried. At this point, besides living a fairly healthy lifestyle, there's not much you can do. I'll soon upload a video of what you can do to keep your cholesterol levels low and when you should see a doctor. You're doing great! 💪
I'm 21 year old,I always feel like I'm going to have a heart attack, Discomfort remains in my chest all the time ,I have done all the tests related to heart but all came out normal.and seen about 15 cardiologists ,But I keep feeling all the time that I'm going to have a heart attack or cardiac arrest and I'm going to die For the last 9 months I am very worried about this problem.😭
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing such distressing symptoms, and that despite undergoing various tests and seeing multiple cardiologists, you still feel that you might have a heart attack. It's possible that what you're experiencing could be related to anxiety or panic attacks, which can produce symptoms similar to those of a heart attack. I hope you can find the help you need.
All good bro we all gotta go someday just live it up while ya can most leave the world regretting they could’ve done more live it up and fuck what other people say/think
Most of these incidents happen in workout session or gym Before we start doing any exercise or gym it's better to consult a physician and take a full body check and ECG as well to check the heart beat .Most Importantly check for any deficiencies like b12 and most importantly do yoga which would improve blood oxygen these methods could really remove blockages

A few months ago I experienced an LAD heart attack (commonly known as the widow maker). My symptoms were: feeling not well and then a sharp pain in the middle of my back between my shoulder blades. In my case I went to urgent care and got amazing service that litterally saved my life. I thought I had done something to my back, and my Primary care doctor was surprised that I had a heart attack as I am in genneraly good health with no risk factors.
The risk factors only increase the chance of a heart attack, but the risk is never zero. It's a common misconception that they only occur as a result of neglecting your health. Very healthy people have heart attacks. I'm glad your survived.
Had all those symptoms of a heart attack for about 10 months straight, basically every single symptom u can imagine someone could experience if they were having a heart attack. Ended up in hospital 5 times and each time they found nothing, and told me to go home. This was all after "P" jab in 2021.

Good for him.
There are occasions in which can happen.
I heard about a guy who grabbed his forehead in pain and then he collapsed in front of his girlfriend and died at 34.
He died suddenly and unexpectedly from brain aneurysm, really scary to think about dropping dead like that out of nowhere.
Beautiful work, especially the coagulation part! Keep it up

Agree with all of it apart from the “wear your mask outside” you need fresh air, I haven’t worn one once and doing fine

I hope you‘re feeling better now!
Sorry if this sounds rude, but what did it feel like?
Really informative video. I have a question though. How can you distinguish heart related pain from muscle pain?
Hi Bidisha, we will do an electrocardiogram (ECG). If the ECG is normal, we suspect muscle pain. If the ECG is abnormal, it is something heart-related.
What Ghost is telling is not correct, he's summing up the symptoms of stroke.
@GhostYT I am not your doctor and I'm not here to give medical advice, but this sounds normal to me. Nothing to worry about. Especially if it's going on for years ;-). If you are worried, I would suggest seeing a family doctor.

Same! I still haven’t went to the doctor though 😢 I’m scared as to what might be wrong with me…
Hello Doc, these days long Covid patients are experiencing a lot of chest pain onto the left handside and sternum area, all cardio results comes normal. I also experience heart palpitations, fatigue, breathlessness sometimes, how to identify a real heart attack ? Is sweating quite common when there is a heart attack ?
its due to fear and gastro issues nothing else be bold ....!
Sweating is a common symptom of a heart attack. But you wouldn't be able to walk around with a heart attack for longer than a few days. If you're having these symptoms for weeks or even months, I'm pretty sure it's not a heart attack.
@@dr.paulinemoyaert thank you doctor 😊🙏
@@dr.paulinemoyaert i mean we sweat the most in summer and puberty but yes sweating is common symptom like does the sweat have to be cold
However, I’ve yet not done any heart tests but is ECG and TMT reliable enough?

one of the best explanation . 😊
