I love how humble you are. These are INCREDIBLE regardless of what you're saying. I also love that each batch looks a little different. It makes them unique. These are absolutely gorgeous. I'm impressed with how well you worked with it seeing as you mentioned you were quite flustered lol. Couldn't tell. You're so talented. We are always harder on ourselves. I get like that too and then if I mess up a batch, divvy it out to family or sell as oops bars when I don't really need to haha. I'm trying to be more patient with myself.
Thank you so much August! I do think the batch turned out great. I just knew I could do better and was hoping for the same results. But once I get past the initial shock of such things, I do tend to like what I have created.
This is what it looks like when soapmalong becomes an art form and she LOVES what she does because this soap definitely takes patience to make! Definitely a Labor of Love!!!!!
They turned out beautiful in the end! The sign of a great soapmaker when you’re faced with all the challenges along the way and it still turns out lovely. No one would even know that it gave you so many problems. ❤
I know the thumbnail has the soap, but watching it done layer by layer - it looks amazing! And so does the final soap. The thicker batter looks like it kept the colors from combining. Love it
This turned out absolutely beautiful!! I laughed so hard at the idea of you lying down with eyes closed while soaping...I knew what you meant, but the note to clarify you do that while designing just slayed! Love watching you soap, you handled this ornery batch like a champ! Very impressed!
Wow, you did this with a misbehaving fo! You are an excellent soap maker. This is probably my favorite looking soap ever, and there are a lot of them I love. Thanks for the videos, you brighten my days with them!
Oh, Holly, these are just beautiful! My hands and arms would have been aching badly! I love the layers and colours - you did a magnificent job and it was actually so soothing to watch with my morning coffee. What a great teacher you are!
26:28 “So when I do this again… And you know I’m gonna do this again. Nothing’s gonna stop me!”😁 Yes, that’s the spirit! ❤️ If something goes not as planned, that’s only a chance to learn, not a failure. Especially you can’t call such a beautiful soap a failure, but I understand wanting to have the result exactly as you planned it 🤗
Thank you Anna! It certainly did turn out nice but just wasn't exactly to standards...since I'd done it better before. If it had been my first batch ever, I would have been happier with the results. 😀
Looks like a sea view with blue sky, water, wave, whitecap.... worth the effort, but good idea of splitting it up and not making the first layers knowing the rest of the batter is "waiting" and generating stress. They look very pretty and smooth!
Oh I have now watched this video twice!! It's so exciting to watch, it feels like a cliff hanger murder mystery! 😂 Those bars look so fabulous, great job Holly and thank you for sharing!! 💞
Such lovely colors ! I think your fragrance plays a big role in your batch seizing. A whisker may have helped reduce the thickening of the batter as well. But everything turns out well in the end. Great job!
Love this soap, its beautiful. You had me holding my breath, scared the hell outta me when you made that first pour into the pitcher. I thought for sure there would be soap batter spilled all over the place. And the design; you did your thing with this one.👍🏼
this is one of my favorite soaps i ever seen, its beautiful and reminds me of hawaii! I havnt been able to go since before covid. I used to go every 3 months so I really miss it
You did an amazing job!!! Even if you were flustered and hott with all the heat. Give yourself loads!!! Of credit!! That's absolutely beautiful and you know what. Even if it had the holes and the stuff you weren't to happy about at the end. THATS OKAY YOU HANDMADE IT THE LOVE AND CARE IS ALL THERE!!! I've never made soap but just watching that process ANYONE could tell that particular soap you make should be more $$ BECAUSE ALL THE TIME YOU TAKE ...handmade is worth more then company on a conveyor belt with no real art or care Godbless you chickie💯🥰🥰
@@moriversoap absolutely!! I support small business especially things like this. These are fundamentals to be self sufficient and not depend on government or big business who literally put poison in our soaps/food/hair products.. everything... just not enough people care to really check what's in stuff.. but I hope my words helped you feel more comfortable with your art. Because you made soap making an art!! It's beautiful I would buy that and just put in on my bathroom shelf as decor Because its beautiful. Then buy another one to really use lol I'm not even kidding 😂 many people would do that too I'm sure especially people in the city like me. Don't ever sell yourself short. Handmade anything is more $$ .keep making your beautiful soaps! 💪💪
Turned out great! Watching this and watching you work through the ricing and quick set-up helped me see it’s not the end of the batch when it gets thicker.
I love it! I am rewatching your videos, I have been sick so took time off now getting back into it! I'm loving it. This looks so good it was worth the stress,
Wow it came out amazing. I never doubted it. Not even with the eye sweating, and pep talks!!! Loved it!!! Reminds me of the keys (Florida) or Clearwater beach on a good day. Thanks again!!!
I’m loving it 🥰❤️. !a good thing about u is that u have told about the temps for lye+ oils. Normally soap makers don’t tell. Thank for your kindness 🙏🥰❤️
I have recently discovered your UA-cam and really enjoying watching your videos! This batch is absolutely beautiful and I loved the real raw video! I have only been soaping for 3 yrs and I felt this one for you and so encouraging to see you make it work and it turn out so beautiful!!!
What did previous batches look like of this isn’t as amazing?!? That is such a gorgeous design and looks amazing to me! I do like hearing your thought process about changing to two or three batches - makes sense! Would be less stressful I think. My soap batches are teeny tiny so I have never experienced that stress.
I want to say thank you for showing this video and the frustrations you were having. It shows others that no matter how long you've been sopping you still have those days that just challenge you. Most videos I see go smoothly and that's not always the case :) Loved how it turned out and your design gave inspiration.
I'm not an abid soap maker and I still have so much to learn but I only make a 7 lb loaf every so often and I'm completely beat after, I can't imagine how flustered and tired you were. My soaps are usually one or two colors tops. Yours are always beautiful.
whewwww!! Ive been procrastinating an ocean themed soap for some time, even grabbed sea water on 3 seperate occasions to use haha. After watching this feat, I think I may be able to handle a single loaf design. I am also going to adjust my planer ( or make my own) as I am losing much more soap then you do while planing. I also love that smooth finish! Great job!!
I agree with everyone else. You were aiming for a day at the beach, and honestly, I think you hit the mark. It looks just like waves at the beach. 😉❤️❤️ You chose a pretty color palette, and the "white cap" look, was effective in giving that feeling of waves in motion. All I'm missing on this end is sand in all those places sand doesn't belong, and a sunburn lol. Well done honey. ❤️
You can tell this wasn't your first rodeo as far as pouring from that big pot into those pitchers! I was on the edge of my seat! Great job!
Thank you! It takes a while to get used to pouring from those big pots.
Honestly your way too hard on yourself, it turned out beautiful 🤍
Thanks! My last two batches were better so that is what I was comparing my own goal too.
I 100% agree, this is a beautiful soap!!
Holly, You can’t improve on perfection! That soap is gorgeous! Best beach soap iv seen
🇮🇩 She have an OCD just like mine, my mom and my aunt 😁
Thank you Pat! I know I can improve on it because my previous two batches were better. Haha!
👌 A lot of work, but an awesome outcome!
Sometimes the most difficult batches turn out to be the most beautiful ones! 💚 it.
Thank you! That is the truth!
I love how humble you are. These are INCREDIBLE regardless of what you're saying. I also love that each batch looks a little different. It makes them unique. These are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Liz!
I am officially your biggest fan. That’s never going to change!!!!
Thanks so much! So sweet!
You did an amazing job with that big batch. So many beautiful layers. Wow!! Thank you for sharing. 😚
Thank you Kathie!
Looks very good and the blue area’s texture looks like realistic waves! You’re too hard on yourself! 👍
Thank you! That is what I was going for. I do love the batch but my last two were actually better.
I think it turned out beautiful!
Thank you so much!
This turned out absolutely beautiful!! I laughed so hard at the idea of you lying down with eyes closed while soaping...I knew what you meant, but the note to clarify you do that while designing just slayed! Love watching you soap, you handled this ornery batch like a champ! Very impressed!

Thank you so much Marianna!
First time watching your videos but I was so fascinated you made use of a drawer as a mold! I would have never through of that!
Thank you! It's not drawer actually but looks a bit like one. It's just a wood box with handles. But some people do repurpose such things. 😀
There is a ton of love that goes into your soaps, Holly. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Nancy!
Oh, Holly, these are just beautiful! My hands and arms would have been aching badly! I love the layers and colours - you did a magnificent job and it was actually so soothing to watch with my morning coffee. What a great teacher you are!
Thank you Gwen! I was so tired when that batch was done. My hands were in so much pain, my back hurt, my feet hurt, and I was so hot!
26:28 “So when I do this again… And you know I’m gonna do this again. Nothing’s gonna stop me!”😁
Yes, that’s the spirit! ❤️ If something goes not as planned, that’s only a chance to learn, not a failure. Especially you can’t call such a beautiful soap a failure, but I understand wanting to have the result exactly as you planned it 🤗

Never thought I’d get into soap videos but yours are so relaxing to listen to/watch and you make gorgeous soaps!
Thank you so much! That makes me happy!
You are a Master Soapmaker!
Thanks for sharing and inspiring others.
Gorgeous.
Awe thank you so much!
I love the white accents throughout it! It really makes the whole thing feel unified rather than being separate layers
Thank you!
Hi Holly, you slung that soap amazingly, I love this design, so so beautiful 🌊
Thank you!
This is really beautiful! The layers show your skill and craftsmanship. Even with the problems you encountered, great final product.
Thank you Shauna!
This is the prettiest bar of soap I’ve ever seen
Thank you Rachelle!
Those look awesome, Holly!! I'm so envious of your layers. They really look amazing!! Excellent work my dear. 😉😁❤
Thank you Delanie!
I like how you remained so calm, I always freak out and me mentally scrap the batch. Only to see it usually turns out just fine 😆
Thank you! I will admit I edited out some of my outbursts. LOL
Absolutely beautiful soap.
Thank you!
This is one of the best soaps I’ve ever seen made
Thank you so much!
The colors you mixed are just gorgeous. ♥️
Thank you Cassie!
That came out beautifully! Definitely a pro making that tricky design and tricky fragrance work.
Thank you Kylie!
I LOVE this soap! It turned out beautifully!
Thank you!
It came out so pretty and reminds me of the ocean water of Destin Beach in Florida. 🐬🐟🐠🌊. Love it💙💙💙
Thank you JoAnn!
It looks beautiful! I appreciate you sharing videos where everything doesn’t go perfect... helps this cp soap newbie. Love watching your videos!
Thank you Michelle!
Looks like a sea view with blue sky, water, wave, whitecap.... worth the effort, but good idea of splitting it up and not making the first layers knowing the rest of the batter is "waiting" and generating stress. They look very pretty and smooth!
Thank you! Usually my batches hold better than that but I must have overblended it. 🤦♀️
This soap is gorgeous, Holly you did really great!
Thank you!
Amazing !!! Looks beautiful even before their cleaned up ! Love the colors
Thank you!
Gorgeous...lots of work. Love....love....this one will sell out in no time.

That's funny! Thank you so much Nancy!
Oh Holly, those turned out so pretty! ❤️🏝
Thank you!
Such lovely colors ! I think your fragrance plays a big role in your batch seizing. A whisker may have helped reduce the thickening of the batter as well.
But everything turns out well in the end.
Great job!
Congrats for 100k! You absolutely deserve every Single one. Love your videos. 🤩
Thank you Hilde!
That is a gorgeous soap!🌊
Thank you Chrissy!

Most videos I see go smoothly and that's not always the case :) Loved how it turned out and your design gave inspiration.
Thank you so much! I do like to show the not so fun aspects of the process too. Every soap maker has issues for sure.
I could use some crystal blue waters just like this soap! 🌊 ❤️
Yes, wouldn't that be lovely!
I think this soap is absolutely gorgeous! I got a sample of it a while back and it was really beautiful in person 💜

Awe thank you!
Wow that was even stressful to watch!!! Well done you for getting it all in!!! If it was me I probably would have sat on the floor and cried LOL!
It looks gorgeous, though xx
Thank you Charlotte! I did cut out my 'outbursts'. LOL I was a cranky lady.
whewwww!! Ive been procrastinating an ocean themed soap for some time, even grabbed sea water on 3 seperate occasions to use haha.
