I'm 100% clear how they keep expenses that low. NY studio for $600?? Software like Abode Suite costs money as well. Or maybe they include all this expenses to they're assets.

I was pretty excited about the concept of this video. But this is an agency that closed down. How much should you actually be following their model. Also the pricing? They charge 70k for an e commerce website, 25k for identity etc. but their revenue in one year was 38k total?

This is a good lesson in business; execution is such a big part of the equation and the design was convincing enough.
Yes, amazing find, thank you for sharing Ran -- but. From a customer perspective, why not hire a freelancer for mucccccccccccch cheaper? What's (or what was) the added value customers chose them for?
It depends. Some clients need a bigger company to work with, where they have a bigger team. For smaller projects and also depending on the freelancer - some have a network of other professionals who they can hire to help on the project -, choosing a freelancer is the best option financially but also in terms of timeline and execution.

Cheers for the Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched - Fiymaria Graphic Gainer (google it)? It is a good exclusive product for getting the best graphic design for your project minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy at very last got amazing results with it.
