    I worked in India. Solar is at the core of their sustained industrial development and educational attainment.
    Their government understands that students need light to study and a simple solar panel and battery has been the means to lift families from abject poverty. They also fetch watch and work on farms and help their families after school. Light extends their study day and allows kids the time to do their homework.
    Government level subsidy and investment in solar is *essential* for Ghana's future.
    The target should be for ECG to provide subsidised 3 KVA grid-tie solar kits for family use. Net Metering could mean people are credited for the electricity they generate and do not use; it goes back to the grid for someone else to use.
    I dream of someone in a Ghana government being creative and innovative enough to do something like this.

    You don't borrow to build,first build your capital not the house,make sure you have a steady income, package yourself and say no to any soft loan or hard loan

    Hello: to add to this comment, my take is! this young man to get himself a container: convert it to a living self-contained, then start with cutting his blocks, until his build enough to start him off, then put the container for hire or whatever works for an extra income. Thanks aunty Naa

      Depends on your architectural design. Once you share your architectural design we can provide you a bill of quantities at a cost.

    Please I want to know the estimated months for me to build a three bedrooms, toilet and bathroom for each room, kitchen and hall if I save £600 a month as am in uk

    • @AfricaBuildingHub
      @AfricaBuildingHub  6 місяців тому

      It depends on the design and size of the house. If you have your architectural drawings, kindly share with us so we prepare a bill of quantities for you at a fee. This will give you an idea of the total cost of labour and materials based on the architectural and structural drawings.
      Once you have the idea of the total cost, you can easily calculate how many months it will take to build.

    I bought a 4 plots of lands at same Dodowa 2.5 years ago from a genuine owner. We started the registration and the land has been plotted into our names. We had litigation on the land because it was at the roadside. We started building the wall and was stopped by people who claimed the land belongs to them. Was taken to the police and court and was ruled against them. We built a one bedroom house on the land, did not continue with the wall, now new encroachers came to the land built the 4 walls and started the foundation to build a house. They have been stopped by the police and the police are now doing the search to verify the rightful owners. What should I do in this situation?
