It's almost like neither one read the decision nor were either one familiar with it in the first place. The SC didn't state anything new but repeated how the law has always been interpreted.

The ruling cuts back sharply on the power of federal agencies to interpret the laws they administer. The decision will likely have far-reaching effects across the country. PBD read it right.
