How to bake simple & easy Blueberry Rolls with Yeast Dough.
For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for about 15 Blueberry Rolls:
•500 grams wheat flour
•250 grams fresh blueberries
•200 milliliters lukewarm milk
•200 grams powdered sugar
•50 grams sugar
•50 grams soft butter
•3 - 4 tablespoons blueberry jam
•½ cube fresh yeast (about 20 grams)
•1 medium-sized egg
•1 lemon
•A pinch of salt
Kitchen gadgets:
•Kitchen machine or mixer with dough hooks
•Mixing bowl
•Baking sheet + baking paper
•Small bowl for icing
