The wreck at the truckstop has probably been dropped by a local wrecker. So another wrecker can take it further away where the repair may be cheaper even with the wrecker bill. 😅
We got the police called on our wrecker for going out to pick up a truck stuck in limp mode at loves because our preferred service wasn't on their list of approved towing companies. Guess who isn't buying fuel from loves anymore?

I see some truckers that have youtube channels who get their trucks and trailers washed every other week. Costs them over $100 a pop and sometimes they have to wait in line to get it done. I mean no offense to anyone, and to each his own, and yes, they feed money back into the trucking economy by keeping money flowing to the truck wash stations, but all I can say is that I don't see getting a truck washed on the regular basis as being economically sound. Clean, dirty, the rig gets the job done and that's what matters. Perhaps someone will argue that a clean truck gets better fuel mileage due to less wind drag over the surface. 😊😊
To some it's the image they're trying to portray: clean truck, clean driver, better driver. There is something to be said about seeing a dirty girl looking spiffy and shiny though. 😁
