CrazyBadCuber Felik’s misscramble as far as I know differed by simply an R instead of R’ and this move was towards the end of the scramble therefore he got a very similar solution to what he would’ve got on the actual scramble (same 3 move cross, same pll skip, no terribly uncomfortable pairs) . I believe this misscramble was a bit more to the extreme side of things with the solve being 21 moves.

Feliks' time was kept because the misscramble was discovered after the competition.
If it was discovered during the competition, they would've given him an extra attempt.

Feliks’ solve was approved by the judge and they didn’t check the scramble and find out until way later, too late to reverse it.
I believe this one was missed by one move at the end, still a misscramble even though it’s a small one. They checked it right away and found the mistake

well it's a misscramble if it does not precisely follow the scramble given by the computer. the subjectivity is involved in deciding whether a time on a misscramble should count or not
