So far the only problem i faced was the high pressure fuel pump during 3rd year ownership, it was replaced under warranty.then they changed a long list of things under recall program and added 2 extra years of warranty for engine and gearbox. So far still good
I heard 2.2 diesel is more reliable compared to petrol, mine is a petrol so dont relate it too much to diesel ya but my experience is as follows: So far I have experienced problems with high pressure fuel pump, right drive shaft, turbo hose (I think that's what it's called), coolant outlet tank leak, engine oil leak, engine and gearbox mounting, horn rosak.. All those fixed under warranty. And also a whole long list of parts changed under recall program which is free which you can check with peugeot if any recall parts for your peugeot. Make sure to check with different authorised peugeot service centres cause all will give you different opinions and answer, yes after sales service is pretty bad, but i believe if anything under recall program should be free even after warranty ended. Luckily my peugeot is under extended warranty program until 2022 which covers most of the engine and gearbox parts. So far i spent the most on servicing only, which cost about rm400 to rm1.4k each time every 6months or 10k km, rarely rm400plus actually, that's when very minor servicing. And have to service back at authorised service centre cause got warranty. I dont know if the unit you're looking at has extended warranty so you can check ya.
My average fuel consumption ranges from 9.2l/100km to 12l/100km in city and depending on traffic situation so 9.2l/100km is when there isn't terrible traffic congestion like current MCO period. On highway, long distance drive like i've driven from KL to Perlis before (about 500km) , i managed to get 6.9l/100km, speed averaging 100kmh.

Noise.
i think the suspension its too harsh
yes it is but in my opinion it's still tolerable unlike mazda 6's suspension which is stiffer.
the bmw 320i have a better suspension?
Well i would say slightly better rather than a significant difference having driven only the 2016 320d M sport variant.
