Liebherr - LTM 1650-8.1 Self-assembly telescopic extension 3-5

- The Liebherr LTM 1650-8.1 mobile crane offers two possible telescopic boom lengths - 54 meters and 80 meters. However, the complete 80 meter telescopic boom cannot be transported on the crane with an axle load of 12 t. In order to comply with this legal limit, the telescopic extensions 3 to 5 are transported on a separate trailer. Using the newly developed self-assembly device, the telescopic parts can be assembled /disassembled quickly and easily without an additional auxiliary crane.
Optional accessories are required for self-assembly of the telescopic extensions 3-5.
If you purchased one of these cranes in Australia your 10 year inspection just got a heap easier.
The technology that lieber comes up with is just fucking amazing with these cranes
"Only from the mind of Liebherr". Your product presentation is excellent under controlled conditions.
Keep up the solutions and innovations.
Best cranes made on the market liebherr #1
Wir freuen uns, dass wir beim Dreh dieses eindrucksvollen Videos unterstützend mitwirken durften! 👍
These beta grey colours are actually really cool
Must be nice to have a perfect set up to do everything
Very clever this solution to get higher safety controled assemblies.
Das ist schon phantastisch anzuschauen. 👍
Nichts geht über Präzision.
Wow amazing, beatyfull crane and godong kates👍👍👌👌
Las mejores grúas del mundo. Sin ninguna duda. Wow. Ya
They tried it once with LTM1500 - didn’t work. Much easier and quicker to do it with an auxiliary crane. Wondering how much Liebherr is asking for this... must be cheap
Ha ha, you pay for it!
Very infomative video! i did always wonder how the sections would be switched out between 3 and 5 extention configs. Now i know! thanks a lot
SMART, JUST DON'T FORGET ONE STEP THERE!! 😁
*SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED*
Sehr gute Lösung 👍
This is osson, the German technology is a world reference. This crane is amazing looks like a moving Lego so easy to assemble. I still prefer the ltm 11200 capable to lift 1200 ton reaching heights of 131 meters with the jib full extended
I'm sorry but if you believe this information you are completely wrong
Deus livre de liberty manutenção mais cara do planeta 30 vezes mais do que qualquer outra marca em especial pa carregadeiras
If you only have such a perfectly level ground on the construction site ;) But great technology, really.
You can just assambel it on the road en drive the last bit to the work site
The crane has outriggers and the trailer adjusts on the X axis & Y axis, as shown in the video. You don't need perfectly level ground.
Both components adjust
Can the launcher be adjusted for various size crane booms?
Why was it assembled on the sight? And isn’t just carried around by the crane at all times?
The 80m boom is to heavy to get the crane road legal (more than 12t per axle).
For the 54m boom it isn't needed.
Ahh, ok thanks
I want to reprint this video to Bilibili, can I?
If you can make it more complex why should you keep it simple! ! !
Exactly! 😁
It is the germanic way! At University I had a teachers speech that goes more or less like this: They do not scratch their left ear with their left hand, their way is to use the right arm over the tilted head to reach the left ear... much better, isn’t it?
So it can not drive on road with full boom or why is this needed?
Yes, too much weight.
@@zapfizundi4281 Then it is same crap as 11200.
@@SiiliViin Same at the LTM1500-8.1 with 100m boom. But i remember it was more diffiult.
@@frodokla1 That is why my favourite is 1750, it can drive with full boom.
@@SiiliViin Me too. The number and size of its boom making it most reliable among other all-terrain mobile cranes
❤❤❤❤

In Malaysia our crane operator salary down. We canot survive.

Good..
Engineering Made in Germany :)
Always a legend
Doesn't look too "self" at all, still a lot of "human" work lining vehicles up, removing covers, removing bearing blocks, getting the sections together, putting bearing blocks back in, connecting sensor and hydraulic lines, plus you have to have a whole dedicated rig and trailer for the boom, when you have to start dismantling half the crane to drive it on the road it loses the whole purpose of having a more compact (less axles) crane as you need so much more space on site to assemble the thing, this setup for only 80 meters boom length is of dubious value compared to going with the shorter, road legal telescopic and using lattice extensions with much better ratings.
Then of course you need to transport and connect the rear outrigger box either way because it's still over weight with the short boom.
With "self assembly' they mean no other crane required.....also the crane is road legal with all extensions in, its just heavier than the 12t per axle wich gets very restricted when it comes to bridges and roads its allowed to take......the telescopic unit is mostly for industrial purposes, so you would assemble the full crane inside a chemical park or construction site, and then drive it around. Lattice boom sections ,while prefered for wind power, are a way higher transport and work volume for heavy individual lifts than a telescopic unit......
"Assembly not included".........
Хороший аппарат
Збс кран 🔥👌
Bello solo nei film
Junge Junge das ist wohl Präzision hoch 10 und das bei dem Gewicht. Ist halt Schwaben Power aus Ehingen. 👌👍🏗
This crane is still to heavy for Canadian roads so that dolly where the boom rests on will make this crane even more worse to drive with!
