We were just talking about this last night!! We are introduced to folks living in Secret Beach and we were discussing everything that comes out in your video!
We have 4 houses in the cayo district we love so far. 2 with solar 2 without. The 2 with out we ask if sellers would lower the prices so we can do solar. Which ever is super cool and we have no issues. My concerns are, will it be enough for us? We love oir ac, we do watch tv in the evenings. I do watch movies, I have a projector and surround sound, and I play maybe 8 to 10 hours of videos a week, not alot. 40k is not bad, here in the states in starts at 60k without the batteries or anything..
@gisellebze another reason why we so desperately want to move to belize. Our property tax right now is 8k and projected to be 10k by 2026.... for 5 acres.
