Me and my crew... 2004-2009, some of the best times of my life. Skating and partying. Jamming to cky and others. Sadly a couple of them have been long gone and I only talk to one of them these days. Everyone moved on. Listening to cky once in a while brings back all those badass memories with my boys.
Spot on. Sadly, all the guys I was tight with have grown distant, either from, drugs, family's, or moved or just don't wanna do fun stuff anymore. It's really sad. I'm the last one of my friend group who still wants to have fun and cause ruckus the Way we used to.
Your right but I'm not sure if I hurd right most of them dont hang out any more? It sounds weird but it's a strange world knowing these guys the whole crew are distant
my old skater best friend killed himself 3 years ago.. This was our song we'd skate to all the time, Bam was our favorite skater, CKY our favorite band.. I miss that dude, still skate everyday to his memory and this song always reminds me of the good times we had. R.I.P Collin
RIP early 2000's when this band consisted of its original members When Random Hero(Ryan Dunn) was still alive Long before Bam fell into....well...chaos Before Novak had to be rehabilitated When Dicamillo was active with CKY (The group not the band) When we were all kids/teens/young adults loving this stuff not realizing how quickly it ran by us until now Thank you CKY for this banger of a nostalgia trip -From a fan wishing he was back in the 2000's again.... Hope everyone who has read this is doing good hope y'all are doing well in all your endeavors
Hell ya man, there's something so nostalgic about their music....back before social media ruined everything. So glad I grew up listening to their albums that I bought in a store, on a real cd player!
Man when this came out I wasn't even born and this gives me a "nostalgic" feeling, it's very strange, but it's also a good feeling. I think they are underrated tbh
I'ts hard knowing how fun and innocent life used to be compared to now. This song just takes me back there. Not that there's a problem with adult life. It's just different is all.
My best friend did the same, he rode out an intentional OD. It got me clean, and I'm sorry I can't do anything for him, or your friend, or you, but if you're still kicking, then I'm turning this one way the fuck up for you, and your friend, and Seth.
DAMN!!! This shit just makes me nostalgic, just yearning for the days of jackasses on TV, awesome music, and pure fun... that's a childhood I want one more time
This song takes me back to the day of jamming in punk/metal bands and very little bills! If you are reading this please dont be afraid to follow your dreams but make sure you are covered financially as well to do that! In a year future me will most definitely be on stage in the best band ever! January 22, 2022! Double deuces!
gosh. i member id rock to these guys in 8th grade and id live off jackass/viva la bam all day. i also member me and my friends getting inspired by jackass movies and just try doing dumb stuff all day around town. ill never forget them days haha
Man, the 60's and 70's had probably my favorite music. . but being 14-15 and a skater, listenin to CKY was pretty fuckin sweet. Props out to Random Hero.
Man…this hits a nostalgic spot for me, kickin with one of my B4L since 6th grade..watchin cky with this in the background. Sprinting down a hill (completely sober) and diving into a bush. Classic shrubbing cky via shopping cart. Love jackass too. Tough seeing bam margera in the place he is rn for me. Hope he can find a pathway to happiness. Cky OG’s unite ❤️
No smartphones, no social media, no split down the middle of the country. Debates were still healthy and didn't end in name calling/insinuations. Awesome music coming out constantly. Take me back . Please.
Flesh into gear, my self appears dissected and pretentious.. A simple sound, a heavy sigh could win the whole world over..you live in fear of being someone that didn't want to, I realise your insecurities will get the best of you.. I know we're here for the nostalgia, but man is that some next level layered wisdom for a thirty something year old without life figured out... CKY will always be on the track list. Thanks for the continued memories and joy.
I went to one of their shows when this album came out. Will never forget how Chad was so nice to me and actually took time to talk to me 😊 anyway, such nostalgia with this band and bam, dico, and the rest of the gang!
I stumbled upon cky recently, in my early 40's. Really catchy riffs and rhythm the vocals reminded me of a less loud Pantera with toch of early offspring. Anyway better late than never 🤘
This. Man it always takes me back to the best time of my life. CKY the band and the videos and ditching school to go skating everyday, I would give anything to go back to that time.
CKY was one of those bands that had it together musically, but their lyrics and vocals undid everything they did with their instruments. I always liked their riffs and drums.
i seen them twice live at the canyon club an the whiskey ago go hollywood got to spend time with them after the show, had alot of fun and a good band to good see..😎✌
Just wanna go back to L.O.V.E PARK/ FDR and Fairmount park on my DK SOB, shredding with my old-school Walkman cassette because it did not skip like CDs. Lol. I miss them days.
This song is so freaking great. I just do not get the same feeling from the other songs ... create... but this song is a straight hit.. recommended do more like it

Pretty good music, so sad todays youth wont enjoy it, I guess its just down to us guys in our 20's, we'll keep the spirit alive. Whats the gnarlyist thing i done, I came in a class in high school.
Doom Doom drove down a mountain on acid with the australian sunset shining blindingly bright orange light and glare which grew visuals. that was intense.
Shit makes me so sad, makes me think of times about 8 years ago, so many people ill never be able to talk to or chill with again.....R.I.P Mehgan T, You are missed dearly
When you don't appreciate the good times until years later and wish you could go back.

This band and this crew was the definition of “me and the boys” if you had love for these guys you had a crew and you were tight.
Got to meet them on several occasions along with the Jackass boys. Needless to say, it was a grand ole time lol

Being an is a total waste of time, just go back to monkee and piss on every building you see
Yeah I completely feel that too mate, it always reminds me how far we have all come. It makes me quite emotional.
Lost my best friend of 23 years to suicide. CKY was our favorite band. It's only way I can keep his spirit alive.
Never forget your friend and never forget cky. Rip.

That nostalgic feeling is so strong. Keep your heads up guys!
CKY has so many good songs, it’s fucking wild. The riffs they have pumped out are sone of the best I’ve heard….and I’m a riff connoisseur
Thankfully jackass introduced me to this band. Loved em since the early 2000s
This band has gotta be one of the most underrated bands ever.
agreed
I thought my memory wasnt the best, but over ten years of not hearing this it turns out I still know every word.
Jess drumming for The Company Band was cool to see. CLUTCH &Cky are 2 of the best
I hate the present without this kind of music 😢😢
Check out the band called; 96 bitter beings 👍 same frontman..

I hear it, best comparison yet!
I 100% agree
Takes me straight back to the summer of 2003/2004 skating and hanging out with the lads. Great times.
I swear cky comes up with the catchiest guitar riffs. 96 qbb has to be the catchiest guuter riff of all time
This was a monumental song in my teenage years. Looking at it now, this video was just a bunch of friends making a video together, having fun.
Reminds me of high school days..

Forgot about this song. So glad this popped up on my page. 🥰

Got to know about CKY when watching _Jackass_ and watching a Ryan Dunn tribute video. So glad I did this group is extremely underrated!
got this song on repeat
Recuerdo cuando escuché esta canción hace 19 años, que nostalgia y buenos tiempos de nuestra generación.
I can't expect you to see
Me when I'm not around
And my voice is destroyed
By confinement of sound
I'm a human machine
Laced with hidden disease
If the future is bleak
Then you're connected to me
Flesh into gear
Myself appears dissected and pretentious
A simple sound a heavy sigh
Could win the whole world over
You live in fear of being someone that you didn't want to
I realize your insecurity will get the best of you
A traitor's embrace
How foolish how wrong
Contained in one place
Anxiety spawns
Unopened reowned
What's needed upscaled
Digested inhaled
Unwilling unwound
Flesh into gear
Myself appears dissected and pretentious
A simple sound a heavy sigh
Could win the whole world over
You live in fear of being someone that you didn't want to
I realize your insecurity will get the best of you
Something nostalgic about this version. Especially in the end credits of jackass: the movie. 18 years later..
God, I miss the old days when music was great.
Makes me want to cry when i hear this...🙃
Thay solo gets me very single time.
Huge guitar sounds, amazing.
RIP Random Hero, one of the most genuine people to see lose their life in such a meaningless and tragic way
Where was I for this? Thank god there is new undescovered 90's amazing sounds for me I feel alive again! Thank you CKY
