Really hoping we don't have to wait another 8 years for new Darklord support. Legit my favorite archetype in the whole game and I wish you didn't have to splice them with Despias and Branded to make them consistent and/or competitive
Same, I mainly play a Lair of the darklords build and it holds it's own most of the time. But it would be nice to see an actual Darklord deck be either meta or close. More support is badly needed.
That second duel against that tearlaments cancer + Katshira was hilarious. All those combos, monsters and such and couldn't do anything against that Link 3 Luster Soldier. Would have been nice if they stayed until the end so that they lose for decking out. And that last duel against gem-knight was REMARKABLE.
After that, that tearlaments player placed the generic level 10 swordsoul synchro that banishes 1 card from the gy and 1 from the field without targeting, especially because he had several opportunities to summon it, and his deck banishes his own cards, which trigger its effect Swordsoul Supreme Sovereign - Chengying
It’s such a shame with the best artwork in yu gi oh (my opinion) there’s so much lure / mythological aspects you can draw from to give this deck support still hoping Konami help darklords with some fantastic support 🙏
and their counter parts the counter fairies need some genuine support. i got them to diamond 3 but after the card of demise hit, they're practically lower than f tier :/
I think a new fairy archetype archlord would be there counter parts in the mythology the they are fallen angels so it would make sense to see them in there pure from
@@aokijiiceage9589i just dont want the counter fairies to die. Like having an archetype that revolves around the “solemn” counter traps. Or they could even make a boss monster for God and call it “the solemn one” or smth 😭 (I’ll take literally anything konami im desperate)
That gemknight player burn is just unbelievably amazing. Imagine if Konami gave another archetype that wasn't supposed to focus on burn damage the support it needs to become one that does. Gimmick Puppets
As a Darklord player, i am surprised that he never use Condemned. A lot of matches can just link summon Condemned, then summon Morningstar to OTK, but he didn't ...
And i dont know why the effekt of superbia is weird. I special summon the first dsrklord and througj the effekt i sommond him but i cant use suoerbia effekt. Why is it like that i have 2 other dsrklord in grave. Weird
@ajax1200 Superbia can miss timing, to explain it easily: You use Ixchel´ effect paying 1000LP to copy Contact, then Special Summon Superbia and return the Contact. Here, Superbia miss its timing of activation because the last thing to happen was Contact returning to the deck.

Kash scareclaw doesn't target, it just negates the effects of a monster that battles a kash or scareclae monster for the rest of the turn
Towers boss monsters are still my favorite thing in the game. Watching the opponent squirm against BLS was amazing

Hopefully in october they get new toys. The deck started as a gx manga deck and gx20th aniversary is this october.

Just play them with Despia. Pretty much give them everything they need.
