The gun is made/produced for TCP Global. I bought it close to 2-3 years ago and absolutely love it. I don’t have any expensive guns but coming from your basic home ones it honestly makes you feel like Superman. If you can do good work with a cheap gun you can do amazing work with a good gun. That’s what I believe this one to be is a truly good gun. I mostly paint single stage paints on heavy machinery and dump trucks and the results are amazing! There’s a long reach excavator I painted in my videos on my channel and while there’s no close up of the paint, it’s smooth as glass coming from this gun. Absolutely love it!
There’s also another company, selling on Amazon, by the name of BEETRO that has this identical gun, but just has their name on it. I hope it is a good gun for me. I’ve only done a few practice runs with it using water. It feels good though. And seems to spray well. Time will tell.
When you find out who makes Iwata and can buy a $500-1000 gun for $0.30 con the dollar you'll be tickled pink. The gun has their name but the CAP (they make them for Iwata) says Anest Iwata on them.
If you start to get a paint-run on a door, don't panic, keep going, follow the run to the bottom, give it a second or two, then wipe the excess off the base with one finger. That was advice from an old Polish expert cellulose sprayer in the 60's. I used it often !.
The old Polish Toni, also gave me the best kept secret, as nobody told you anything in those days.! How to thin the ceiiulose correctly to spray. Which was........keep adding thinners, stirring and checking viscosity, untill each drip falling had No tail, then it was perfect. ! I can't remember pressures, but test on areas starting at about 20 P.S.I. raising till O.K.. At a fan width which suited yourself.! .........
Brian all of your tutorials are so good, hopefully every repair shop across the globe sit their apprentices down to watch your lessons. You are probably personally responsible for an awful lot of better looking repaired cars in this world than you could ever dream of! .. Live long and prosper my friend 🖖
I bought this same gun a few months ago to paint my mustang. My first time spraying a car, and this gun gave me fantastic results. I am very happy with it.
Love the videos!!! I got to ask a question. Is the Master Pro 44 better than a HF Black Widow? I wish someone would do a video comparing, the R500, Master Pro, Black Widow and EuroPro
I've learned much from you im doing a 69 gto im jamming it right now and I'm almost done with that then have to put the car together after that some blocking and then ready for paint every time I watch your videos and applie what I learn from you it just works and looks amazing thank you so much for your videos and help
Bought this 6 months ago and I love it but as good as this gun is I think the 88 is even better it’s noticeably lighter and sprays more like a lph400 with more volume
Gun looks a whole lot like my Euro that I got from my local paint shop for $200 bucks. And it is a pretty dang good gun I've had it for almost 2 years now no issues. I use it now for my sealer gun and I've got me a develvis dv1 and that gun is amazing LOL but not cheap I treat it like it's a princess LOL
I think it would be great if you could let us know the size of the compressor and the available cfm. Many guns spray well with big cfm from the compressor. Even a 5hp single stage compressor with a 60 gallon tank run out of air with a medium quality spray gun. The 1st half of the car looks better than the other half because the compressor can not keep up with the needs of the spray gun. With the HVLP guns, they do spray better with bigger shop compressors.
Brian, thanks for another great educational video. From my experience I wouldn't trust using the 710 in an open air shop. I think it will die back if it's used without heating booth. I am currently trying out USC 40-1 clear in the open air environment and had great results. Shine is incredible and leveling is excellent as well. Can you please try it one day and let me know your thoughts? The kit is about $160 and I think it can go h2h with top PPG or Shervin Williams clears that cost $350+. Once again I am looking for a good open air clear that will last without losing gloss after 30 days. Thanks again.
I'm going to paint a car for my son and have no experience. If you could reccomend 1 gun that would give us the very best chance at getting a decent finish what would it be? Thanks for all the videos.
The price point puts this close to the ANEST IWATA KIWAMI4-13BA4. You have reviewed both of them as great budget guns. Which would you buy if you had to choose?
The problem when trends cause a surge in demand is the price starts to exceed value and places a budget item in a tier that it isn't justifiable. The same happened to the Black Widow. For those prices and under... Kiwami and FLG5 all day every day
Absolutely 💯 % goodness from Brian's teaching I agree with everyone else. I will be checking out Mario's class as well. Thanks again Bro for another great lesson. Youll make us all professional auto painters yet. Trucker Ray ✝️ ❤️
This looks like Italco TTS gun but with few holes in the plastic ring behind the cap. TTS is 120$ in EU, and is laying glass, but it is air hungry in my opinion, for me it’s working best at 36PSI, but yes, TTS is LVMP and this one is HVLP. Currently I just (two weeks ago) bough Walcom Slim X Light HTE, and it was only 145$, I was blown away, so I bough Walcom Slim Kombat HTE, and it is making laying clear so easy, that one was 152$ in my country, new old stock, currently they are at 172$, and that is super cheep in comparison to US price. But they are really great nice guns for home, they work nice at 29PSI, for both base and clear, use them with UHS clear, and I tried them both on base and clear and they act identical.
Brian, I just received 2 Italco guns. Both were from China, but I heard good things about Italco. I juist used both tonight and they are insanely good. Both were around $150. One of them is a digital LVMP and the other is a non digital LVMP. Look and feel almost identical to Sata. I've bought knock off Satas before and they were garbage. You really should check them out and review them.
Before I switched to all Walcom guns I used a brand called WTP and there clear box edition was identical to it. The master, WTP, atom, beevro, and a couple other are all the same models sold under those names just as those names different models. It was a good gun for clear
This looks like a good spray gun for the money my spray gun finally is done after 2 years ( cheap gun ) but I used it a lot . I think I will give this one a shot
I very much appreciate your channel and all the effort you put in to bring such quality informational content. I have to do some paint repair on my old truck - currently doing research and trying to work up my nerve/ plan for this work. You have been invaluable sir.
I have the Master Pro series 22. Been using it for 1 1/2 years now for smaller jobs. Works great. BUT they do need quite a bit of air. Been wanting to try their other full size guns. Upgraded to a 2 stage 60 gallon this year, and its been a Great investment. Consistent and dryer air is a real blessing
Your comment has me shopping. Looks like the 22 has a 1.0 tip. I shoot a lot of small parts with a 1.3 gun, constantly changing fan pattern. I'm pretty frugal, would you recommend the 22, or is there any under $120 guns available these days, for these tasks? Have a great weekend!
Great videos Brian this is going to inspire me to set up my little area and do some Spraying myself I have not decided on a gun yet but I was just wondering what you would recommend for smaller jobs for I just work on motorcycle parts such as gas tanks fenders tour packs. Or will one of these full size larger guns work the same For smaller projects.. Thanks I appreciate any insight your channel is awesome
Depending clear quality 30 years i paint if clear not qualify you found many problems like orange peel after dry and color change when dry or mat after 2 months
Sikkens is used OE on the McLarens and Aston Martins and it’s from Holland and the company doesn’t sacrifice quality. Resins are only the best and they have amazing chemists that build amazing products.
I paint signs with water based paint, tired of buying cheap airless sprayers. Is this a good option for me. I also spray water based polyurethane as well. Thanks
Any thoughts on the LiME LiNE 1.4 mm PRO HVLP that's also sold on Amazon? Saw some vids here on Y of it being used on motorcycle gas tanks, but wondered if anyone used it on a car. Thank You!
Awesome video Brian and thanks for sharing that gun with us is that gun a better one to buy than the iwata kiwami 4 much love ❤️ to and Mario I really enjoyed that video Brian 🙏🙏💯💯👍👍👌👌💪💪💪💪

Its the poor man's Gti prolite. I know this because it was the first clear gun i bought lol. Lasted a year, was pretty good for the price ($120 at the time)
I would also like to know how this gun Compares to the Euro Pro he. Brian did a review of the he and had me sold on buying one of those till I watched this video.
Hi Brian , I need to do a candy paint job on a motorcycle , so small panels , it's a medium metallic , would this gun be ok or will I need to have a bigger nozzel .cheers
That’s a tough one! There are a lot of factors that affect how much paint you need to get a job done. Getting the right amount of paint for the job is something that takes a lot of practice even in a controlled environment where you have a mixing bank and all the products at hand. For me.. I use a rule of thumb to help me decide how much to mix. If you use the recommended sealer color on a basecoat clear coat application, then I know that most of the time I can paint a new bumper cover with .7 pints of base color. That will get me two coats and a drop coat. I take that measurement and extrapolate it out across the job and all the parts to decide how much base to make. I hope this makes sense.. but if I know I can do a bumper with .7 pints.. and the job I’m working on is a new fender, new bumper and a door blend.. I’ll break it down.. .7 for the bumper.. the fender is smaller than the bumper so probably .3 Then there is a blend so add .2 pints. Then add them up and you are at 1.2 pints. That is how I decipher how much to mix. Now the more you paint the more you understand what colors cover and how much more or less you might need to mix to get that job done.. this is just my method to use a baseline to decide! I use a new bumper as my baseline! I hope this helps!
@@bodyshopsolutions695 yes, that actually helped a lot and makes a lot of sense. I'll try to test that method out on a few things using my 2k primer then apply it to my sealer/ base/ clear. Thanks for the reply!
@@chad480906 no problem! The sealer is a little less than half of the calculation for base.. this is because with sealer you only need one coat.. and it covers well.. so for a bumper I would use a little less than .4 pints of sealer generally. Keep in mind these number are for new parts.. if you repair a bumper and only need to color part of it.. then you have to consider that!
It’s an HVLP gun which is no good for smart repairers or home DIYer’s. You need a big compressor to run it and a warm temperature, no good for us in the Uk, you could only use it a couple months of the year 👍
hi Brian, love your channel! I have learned alot from you . Which master pro gun is this one, there are three different Master Pro 44 guns on amazon, all different prices. thank you!

Would a 26 gallon 4.5 cfm compressor be good enough for this gun? I'm not gonna be paint an entire car I'm just going to paint my bumpers and a fender

How does this compare to the Iwata Kiwami 4 that you made a previous video on? Aside from price, which one is better for an experienced painter?
Is this better than the black widow?
how did you adjust the gun beautiful job

How does it compare to the ANEST IWATA KIWAMI4 1.3mm? They're pretty close in price.
You’re a great teacher 🔥👌🏾

I have a video idea. Figuring how much paint you need for certain projects. That's something I'm having trouble with
That’s a tough one! There are a lot of factors that affect how much paint you need to get a job done. Getting the right amount of paint for the job is something that takes a lot of practice even in a controlled environment where you have a mixing bank and all the products at hand.

I’ll break it down..
.7 for the bumper..
the fender is smaller than the bumper so probably .3
