- Testosterone plus an anavar cycle is common, especially during summer, but it comes with risks. In this video I cover how this combo works and how to reduce the potential harm. Notably anavar lowers SHBG, which increases free T. When you’re already taking T, that becomes a potent interplay that increases the risk vs. anavar alone. Estrogen related risks from aromatization like gynecomastia and blood pressure increase, as well as general heart disease risks. In addition, some men may add aromatase inhibitors which add their own risks or consider accutane to control acne. Great video, very informative. I’ve just hit 40 and need a boost but before I start a 6 week cycle, I will be getting my blood work, lipids and liver checked. I had a warning previously from my doc regarding lipids so, better to be safe!
Do not do a 6 week cycle, testosterone E and C takes 4-5 weeks to reach peak concentrations in your blood, and therefore you should run at least 10 weeks, can also run 12-16 but requires more pct planning.
@@Rileyed If you are going to do 6 weeks you don't know enough about steroids to use them even remotely safe. 10 weeks for test propionate, 10-16 for enanthate/cypionate. 6 Weeks for some sarms only dudes however thats not smart

The problem is... I saw a guy that I'm sure was close to his doctor. He was taking three different steroids in addition to handfuls of other medicines, one for blood pressure, one for chloresterol, one for libido, one for stomach problems, mental problems, etc... I'm not sure I'd want to take all those meds, that guy still had major problems, most likely not from just the steroids. I dumped my doctor and all his meds, I've never felt better.

Look for a good source for anavar
Yep. You can live on test and anavar for life without no major side effects. The thing is that anavar is expensive and it’s anabolic effects are very mild. If you are not in a rush it will work. But I suppose that if you are in a budget and willing to risk your health a bit more you can use other compounds that can give you more results like deca or eq. But for me I prefer to take anavar at 40mg ed , 2 or 3 cycles per year.
With 5 mg for one month my balls and libido will be okay after I drop it ?

We men need to take at least 20mg taking half the dose 1 hour before hitting the gym and the rest every 8 hours to keep a steady blood concentration. You will recover in deed by using anavar solo. You just have to have some clomid in hand and natural testosterone boosters. If you take anavar for 3 months you need to do a pct the same length of time. And during that recovery time don’t ever come up with the idea of training less of messing up with the diet. During pct time is proper to raise calories a bit more to compensate not being in anabolic influence and surely on low test levels too while you recover so to avoid muscle breakdown you basically need to eat even better than you were during a cycle. Better meaning 200-300 more calories, less cardio (if any) and keeping weights as much as posible and training periods as short as possible. Or, you can just be on trt and you just cycle the anavar 2 or 3 times a year while keeping a trt dose all year round.

Anavar is a compound for the average guy who want to have decent strength (anavar gives you a lot) and a good body shape with a decent body fat percentage. @@zibtihaj3213 i think that is too much if it’s your first blast/cycle. For a first cycle go with 250 test per week and 30mg anavar per day. If you already used anavar before then you probably need a bigger dose. If you are an experienced user you can get away with blast and cruise. Blast 500mg test and 50mg anavar for 3 months then go back to cruise with no anavar and 250 test for 6 months and then repeat your blast . For health reason one shouldn’t do more than 2 cycles/blasts per year. And the cruise time should me double the length of your cycle/blast

Is there any difference or additional health concerns in taking Anavar with having a past Gastric Bypass surgery? Like 8-10 years ago?
T has more side effects for me. Anavar was amazing, added Cardarine with Anavar and it's a real booster, lots of energey, drive, desire, and lost some fat. i would just keep hitting the up buttons on the cardio equipment without thinking about it.
i did love T as it helped motivate me, but my blood levels would get high, and some real bad mood swings, like fight instead of flight. and postate swelling issues.
now i have friends that have nothing but GREAT things to say about T, so to each his own
Done several cycles over the past 20 years. I remember I got liquid anavar once in a bottle with a dropper. Hell Fire Labs Did it with 600mg of test cyp per week. One squirt under the tongue per day. I’m talking about pumps that you wake up with, 24/7. Unbelievable strength increase as well. I felt like a million bucks all day everyday. Labs and lipids came back 100% perfect. But don’t do it. 😆

600 mg of test cyp per week??? That's ALOT of estrogen and a lot of DHT. Did you bald or grow tits? Seems harsh on your liver.
@@rickterrance4981 not at all. I used one aromisin tab (25mg) per week for estrogen or less if I didn’t need it. Testosterone is not liver toxic. Hell I’ve used up to 1.5 grams of test per week.

if your on DHT blocker for your hair like Finstride , does it make sense to even do Anvar since it has alot to do with DHT? If your blocking your DHT with finistride will the anvar even work the way its suppose to ? Please advise?
Finasteride prevents the conversion of testosterone to DHT. It doesn't "block" DHT. It has no impact on anavar. But anavar itself is hard on your hair

hello Doc, I have been watching your channel lately, very pleased, you are very knowledgeable and wise. here is my case, I am a 50 years old female, been athletic for the most of my life, always lifting weights, not very fond of cardio, thanks God , I have never been obese. after 2 rounds of breast cancer, double mastectomy, hysterectomy, 12 surgeries, testosterone therapy, letrozole for the next 5 years(i have been on it for 5 years, so far)..... nothing, nothing brings me back to what I use to be, naturally....ugh. it is a drag. my question is, do you think that a low dose of " steroid", Anavar, would be beneficial on my circumstances?

I’m 46 and have done two cycles of oxandrolone. It’s been a year and I am thinking about doing it again. I have never felt so good. I was doing 11mg/day and had no masculinizing side effects except for a bit of acne.

All these factors mentioned seriously putting me off a cycle at age 40. So many things to worry about and test and re-test just for gains. Understandable if you need TRT and your quality of life is compromised or you're trying to go pro, but otherwise, it seems to not be worth it.
Everyone is different but Anavar is one of those that really works well for guys that don’t want to worry about side effects.

Heres a question I have not yet be able to get answered. I'm currently on an anavar (40mg daily) & proviron (75mg daily) cycle. But I'm also taking vitamin d & k, dopa mucuna, lipid stabil for cholesterol, NAC for liver, fish oil, zinc and vitamin A. I read your supposed to take everything after a meal. My question is does taking anavar and proviron along with everything else affect its potency? Does it interact well with the other vitamins/supplements? Am I better off waiting an hour or so after taking the vitamin/ supplements and then taking the anavar & proviron? In other words, does it matter?

I love anavar. I've done two cycles with it. Love how my muscles went from normal hardness to rock hard in two days. I did it with 250 wk test that was the perfect cycle for me. I haven't done it in several years now as I got scared it can harm the liver.
Does is muscle permanent or temporary and do you keep majority of your strength gains from anavar?
@@bempowered138 you keep half of the muscle gains. if its your first cycle you maybe keep %60-70. you will lose almost all of the strength gains maybe you keep %10 or so but you dont feel that at all when out of gear trust me.
@@stoutheart I'm on TRT therefore permanently on Testosterone cruise, I believe majority of people lose their gains when they get off gear and their natural test levels have tanked but that wont be the case with me as my test is exogenous.
At this point I'm more concerned about upping my strength and keeping majority of the strength gains. Muscle mass I'm not too concerned with as it will come with time anyway.

@@stoutheart I never tried any gear before but after decade of constant fatigue, feeling tired, down, anxiety etc and not gaining any muscle despite working out for a decade I found out my natural levels were 241!
Now been on TRT and HCG for a year. My dose is only 84mg a week of Test but I have gained over 24lbs in weight. Almost all is muscle and water weight, I was skinny fat before and now seeing how much low T was affecting me and how much I have gained I feel to get a bit more stronger on my compound lifts.
I don't want to up my Test as I don't want mega androgenic sides. Var seems to be safe as does Deca (provided the ratio test:deca is correct!)

I’m on 400mg/wk test , on week 6 now of a 20 week cycle. No AI needed yet. Libido through the roof. My body fat is a bit high though and my gains are sub optimal. I notice them but no “transformation” yet. Adding in Anavar 40mg/day for a few weeks to see if that helps me burn off some extra fat and harden my muscles, plus I heard sublingually it’s a great pre workout. Already on accutane but a very low daily dose of 20mg which has so far mitigated acne sides I’m prone to.

I’m curious myself, 400mg a week should be noticeable pretty quickly. In strength, size, and bf loss. I’m taking half that and I can only imagine if I doubled my amounts.
I am TRT replacement therapy at 200mg a week, my test levels test between 1100/1300. A doctor recommended I add Anavar at 20mg a day split in two to help lean out a bit more. I do not take AI at all, and have never needed it. The idea is a 12 week cycle with 4 week break. Test is constant, not cycled. Does this sound right? Any concerns? Thanks!

Ive seen some strength increase and a bit of mass but im sure i could get the same result without. I do plan on going on a higher dose at the end of this year, maybe around 6-800/week
Definitely safer than test. They've done studies on anavar with children being treated with it for 4 YEARS who had no adverse effects. Yes, I have seen the study.

yes anavar is safe but it depends on usage and a testosterone base to back it up.
adults are different to kid's, we need estrogen and that's what testosterone brings, var with free up some of that test.

I'm about ready to resume TRT. My question is: Why add Anavar? What does it do for the male body?
Low dosage of Anavar 15 mg is pretty safe, I've done 2 cycles of 10 weeks as a stand alone and no problems. Low dosage is the key, take Tudca every day just as insurance and drink a lot of water every day and you'll be fine.
Been on 50mg/day anavar for 4 weeks. Not really caring for it. I'd like to get labs done to see if my test dosage is good but don't want elevated results from anavar. How long should I wait after stopping? Also should I stop cold turkey or dose down

A lot of people say that Anavar by itself isnt worth doing at all. You might get some slight strength gains, but there wont be much for physical gains.
Its more of an addition to a stack to add some flavour. It can make you a bit more cut and vascular than if you didnt take it with a stack.
Do with that what you will, but i would suggest taking something else with it if youre going to take it at all.

Hopefully there's no future side effects of anavar after one cycle years back. I did it for 6 weeks and 20 ml per day. I do t rememebr if I did a pct properly after it but I checked my hormone level 2 years later and was fine.. hopefully all good man

Before Anavar I used to have mild prostate inflammation. Anna var did not make that worse for me I also included pregnant alone which really improved prostate health and also prevent heart disease while on a cycle and reverse his PTSD and concussions

so i am right by saying if you add Anavar to your test cycle drop your test say from 250mg per week to 150-200 for the duration of the cycle? i have just added 40mg of anavar per day to my 250mg test cycle per week, or are the levels iam doing relatively safe? strangely gyno is my biggest fear, i was doing tren for the last 8 weeks which i got great results with no side effects apart from anger and slight depression feeling sorry for myself kinda thing

my best cyle i ever did was 500 mg testosterone for 16 weeks and 40 mg anavar for 12 weeks. anavar was really good and i kept almost all my gains after going back to trt. i did alot longer then most people, but i didnt get any side effect other then high bloodpressure, and that didnt came beofre week 10-11 on anavar

I have done anavar with test and have had ZERO side effects....only thing I can think is that people are using heavy doses...I felt like a superhero and looked it.
