    Concept of small 3 bhk has picked up with size ranging from 1300 sq ft to 1500 sqft earlier 2bhk used to be of 1200 sqft but now come down to 1000 to 1100 sqft .

      2000 rs notes b to kahi jayenge .. i know one project Sikka Kimantra in sector 79 Noida .. 3 BHK was around 80 precovid but then this builder changed it to luxury and now selling bit bigger unit for 4-5 cr.. Layoffs happening in Tech industry and GDP is just 6.5 which is less than inflation .. ppl going mad about Ram mandir .. Wah Modi ji Middle class ko to saaf kar rahe ho

    There is nothing affordable now.
    1cr minimum is required to get 3bhk in good society in delhi NCR.

      @@ShivamGupta-wf5ni yeah you can spend. But i got resale one got at 45 lakh near RRTS metro station. although i could afford more than 1cr too with monthly in hand 3 lakh post tax . But do not want to create more than 50k per month emi.
      With increasing appreciation in prices it is very difficult to afford home now a days.
      We might see increase in rent as well. Soon we will be having mumbai like situation as far as rents are concerned. Unless you do not have a high paying niche skills job.

      @@ShivamGupta-wf5ni hope this is correct but india's population is increasing and roti, kapda and makan are necessity so they will get costlier as the time passes.
      If india did not have too much population then it might be called as bubble.
      With this trend in 5 years we might see many people homeless because rent will also increase.
      Cost of construction is also dubled up.
      Only thing can save people is massive GDP growth else , very bad situation is gonna happen.

      In Pune itself you cannot get a decent 3bhk in a decent area in 1 cr. Pune prices are higher than Bengaluru and Delhi.

    They didn't explained the main point currently Noida have verry little inventory of luxury flats unlike Gurgaon. For example even if top few percent of noida Rich people want to buy luxuary flats there are not enough luxuary flats so its just a game of demand and supply.
    Our Government it doesn't matter BJP/Congress are all capitalist it just tax us middle class like crazy and give industrialists freebies.
    Income divide is getting crazy I Despite being an Engineer cant imagine myself buying house anytime soon.

    Gulshan Dynasty ka rate sirji 5-6 crores h and iska area 4500 sqft h.. means 450 gaj.....

    Layoffs happening in tech and other sectors ..Clearly shows Rich getting richer and poor becoming poorer .. Why plots are being used for luxury flats?? Govt just sitting and doing nothing .. Middle class is the only looser .. Poor getting EWS houses for free .. Rich buying which are just handful buying properties with black money .. AMBANI and ADANI types ki he sarkar lagti hai but wo ek Gadhe ne bola to ppl ignored it

USA me to prices have gone so high that the market has kinda stopped ..and yes har koi cities me rehna chahta hai but economic activity hoye uske aas paas ..U will see now Delhi has more unauthorized colonies in terms of Area than regular colonies .. So more than half of the city has become slum/low class .. Also see the prices of South Mumbai/ Greater Kailash/ Jor Bagh etc (ultra posh) are coming down coz rich are moving from these places to..... (i dont know where) :) . and from 2014-2021 the property prices in India have taken a beating but in that period the the population grew by more than 10%

      majority builders in Noida have really poor quality ..building k baahar se plaster girne lagta hai 1-2 baarish baad .. waise to majority builder scam cases me he phase hai ..supertech, JP, amarpali wave ..and chote mote na jane kitne

    Work from home is just a stupid excuse. Not everyone is living with a bigger family. There are many couples living in Noida and for them 2 bhk is most affordable. Now small family with lesser budget people will find it most difficult to buy a flat. Noida has become pathetic for affordable housing.

    You can search under-construction projects and after this invest in off plan property
    Iska fayda yah rahega ki property aapko kafi acche price ya cheap price me mil jayegi or uska 2-3 year baad apke house ki key apko mil jayegi

    Agr workfrom home ki requirement hai to Puri society hi kyu banane ki jarurat hai. You can make dynamic size(2, 3 , 4 bhk) towers as well. Ye sab paiso nikalna cha rahe hai kyuki, dwarka express way par 2bhk 1crore k hai aur agr koi Banda 1 crore spend karne k sochega to vo Noida jayega kyuki vaha usko 3bhk milega 1 crore me. Isliye vaha small house khatam ho rahe hai.

    It seems to be no one is poor now, that's why only 4 or 5 bhk luxury flats are advertised in newspaper at the cost of Rs. 4 - 5 crores ! Big GDP jump is always being claimed by the BJP govt. This development is very costly to common people.
