But do not want to create more than 50k per month emi. With increasing appreciation in prices it is very difficult to afford home now a days. We might see increase in rent as well. Soon we will be having mumbai like situation as far as rents are concerned. Unless you do not have a high paying niche skills job.

Work from home is just a stupid excuse. Not everyone is living with a bigger family. There are many couples living in Noida and for them 2 bhk is most affordable. Now small family with lesser budget people will find it most difficult to buy a flat. Noida has become pathetic for affordable housing.
