With the awful way that UA-cam puts the advertising for other videos on the tail of your videos, may I suggest you lengthen this video so that the planes taking off aren’t covered by other videos. This is a superb but short video. It really can do with being made into a much longer piece looking further into the how and where etc, of becoming who she is. She is truly fascinating. This needs to be shown everywhere. It’s wonderful. Cheers.

Yep, same here! I was visiting in some AF base (in scandinavia) at early 90s, and asked if women could be pilots too, and they laughed at me🙄☹️ I so much wanted to fly. But look at them now, there is women now who are fighter pilots, so I got the last laugh!💪 But I am too old now, sigh.

The entire RAAF fast jet training syllabus was changed to allow this happen. Sorry, but these two didn't earn their place like every other male had done before them.

There are no separate gender based standards for pilots. She goes through the same process all the others do, not that your interested in the reality of it I suspect.
