In vampire survivors my favorite thing is to enter the library and create the most minimal effort build possible before running around and grabbing all the items on the map so you can hold 4 extra items Santa water, the Bible, the item that gives you a bigger item pickup and then you can grab whatever you like afterwards The two guns with the revival tome is perfect And the cards allow you to buff the evolved Bible item even more so that now when they disappear they will explode You can also pair this with garlic and recovery for extra heals and lifesteal as well as more AOE Next all you need is something to freeze the grim reapers at the end of the stage The cloak or clone robes or whatever it's called is perfect as it already pairs well with the items we are grabbing and will drive the grim reapers away from you instead of coming by and instantly killing you Next if youve evolved the guns into one weapon you can now get the laurel which gives you a shield that blocks hits I don't remember what it takes but go ahead and evolve it and you have a really really good item on your hands that will protect you for when the grim reapers just fly by The enemies in vampire survivors if they go off screen will just teleport to a random section outside your field of view and come back after you When they get close they'll aggro to the clones from the robes which again freeze them explode and deal damage as they pass by the grim reapers But if they pass by you before reaching the clones they'll hit you which will almost always end with a one shot kill Tome of revival and the recharging shield as well as by now you will have grabbed the book that evolves your Bible and the recharge speed of the shield clones Bible Santa water and literally anything else will be a lot faster including the tick rate for the garlics damage At this point you can leave the game running for a long time at a random part of the map and no more enemies but grim reapers will spawn in past the default 30 minute mark and they'll keep respawning every single minute until you kill one of them which if you put the build together correctly can happen within the next 6-20 minutes it heavily depends on what weapon you choose in place of the evolved guns Crown and moon whatever bullshit and you'll get a ton of damage Everytime it happens which is a lot faster than the guns There's probably other weapons that are better in vampire survivors that will let you accomplish this but sadly it's been like a year I don't remember anything about the weapons except for these few which were my favorites If someone just so happens to be reading this comment and wants to try it out I'll let you know you can unlock an endless mode I just like to do the normal mode or double speed mode because you get more golden eggs out of it which are permanent upgrades for the character you choose You do have to be careful tho if you increase the projectile speeds too much the clone robes will send the clones off screen so fast that the grim reapers won't actually see them because well they're off screen and will just come eat your shield and kill you really quick

Hey Lemon, I've been doing a playthrough of Elden Ring where I used Cheat Engine to give myself full stacks of crafting ingredients. It was a lot of fun. I'm sure your viewers would understand if you did a consumables/bow only run and gave yourself stacks of any ingredient that could be farmed. I understand if you don't want to play this way; either because you don't feel right cheating yourself stacks or because Elden Ring is too long to make a good challenge run. I'm at 120 hours and just about to dive into the DLC for the first time XD
Honestly, bows are fine for crafting. You can get a lot of arrows for the same crafting investment as one fire pot. I did do a consumables-only run, which was fun. But it did mean knives and such instead of only pots.
this reminds me of a similar style game called "Diebrary". i learned a skill that makes clouds of poison gas, and one that makes small lightning turrets nearby. by upgrading the size of the clouds and the power of the turrets, i only needed to move to avoid enemy projectiles.
I wonder how difficult it would be to make a "Tether" mode and have your character tied down to a specific point, bound by a rope or something. Attach it to high lord tony's forehead for mobile fights and the like.
Makes me want to try Vampire Survivors with a similar challenge. Obviously you can’t do much to unlock characters without moving at first, but I think Poe might just be the kind of character to try with this.

The amount of extraneous explanation, that isn't about the run itself feels like it was part of the sponsorship. Whether it is or not doesn't change that the first half of the video felt like a long ad.

A good run I’d recommend is beating dark souls as sonic (animation times 3x speed, no armour and fists only, no gauntlet weapons and rings allowed) would love to see it :)
@@itsyaboiChubbs you set your skin colour to blue and give yourself white hair so you look somewhat like sonic or at least resemble his likeness, as for armour of thorns I wouldn’t allow this myself, with moving 3x faster and with the right rings (such as flynns ring and pontiffs right eye) you should almost be unstoppable but are you? Only one way to find out
its a good but its not that good of a game. Generally its is the Bioshock infinite of From soft, its does things but its bad things are also there glaring in your face. You had YEARS of people modding Dark Souls 1 through 3 for From to learn what people wanted and they did a Tenshu wanting to make something entirely new while using existing mechanics that were never meant for a open hub world game with legacy dungeons that lets you reach the point of one shoting everything before even fighting a single main boss.
@@CatTechSupport then dont do that? how does other people doing that ruin the game for you? in fact people regularly do "region locked" runs wher theyre not allowed to leave an area until theyve gotten everything from it they wanted. this pretty much means you have to fight margit and godrick with like a +6 weapon, as intended. youre literally complaining that the game "lets" you do things, not "forces" you to do things. my biggest complaint is the game has over 200 bosses and only like 10 are good, i wish they would have focused a bit more on quality instead of quantity. instead we get 190 reused bosses + fire giant and elden beast firmly in the shit bucket
@@Apoxiosis The game incentives you to travel the entire map, sure you can do a region locked but the overall game incentives to go to other areas that you have not traveled. This results in you finding ever more powerful items that make the early game, mid game, and some late pointless. Add on that incentive to buff stack because of how things are balanced around PvP not PvE, people were able to mod FP to be regenerative and balance magic/weapon arts yet From never looked it, and bluntly the Flask system system is beyond stupid because its using a system made for a linear game that works well in dungeons but once you hit the open hub world they had to place a needless amount of grace spots because From themselves knew they regen system for flask was broken if one enemy got stuck behind a rock. Not even including the 200+ bosses that are copy and paste you mention. I am not talking challenge runs, I am talking your average players playthrough. I say its the Bioshock infinite of Fromsoft because it took all the good, but all also the bad from every previous project they used as a base for it. This is not me wanting to say trash game 0/10, this is me saying it has issues and those issues draw away from it. I have multiple playthrough through it myself and never want to play it again because of said issues.

i’ve got a friend who often refers to these types of games as “bullet heavens” as opposed to bullet hells, and i think that’s a great name
I often hear the term "Survivor-like" in reference to Vampire Survivors. I've also heard "reverse bullet-he'll."
I’ve also heard of auto-attack survivor as a genre name.
I've always assumed:
Bullet Heaven = "You create the bulletstorm"
