Hello Edgar, This is Jesse from Superior Solar Cleaners in Visalia Ca. Central Valley. I have had a difficult time finding an insurance company for workers compensation policies. The ones I have contacted tell me I have to be categorized as a roofing company or get insured with California State Fund. Both options are very expensive. Who do you have workers comp with? I would greatly appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
Do you do roof repairs or do you just inspect the roof as a favor for the homeowner since you are already up there anyway?
Yes, we inspect for any issues and provide the repairs
Thankfully I live in northern Europe so no cleaning needed, mother nature takes care of that
Unfortunately they still need to be cleaned at the bare minimum of once a year. It’s more about keeping them around for the time they’re supposed to

Just realized you were asking about workers comp. Personally, I hire my cleaners as independent contractors...no need for workers comp that way
@@nicovalenzuela4044 unfortunately that’s not the case. They can still go after you if they get injured on the job site that you are paying them for
