UA-cam videos attached to your business card--and Spencer, you're set. I really like that you are adaptable to other forms of cleaning and readily recognize where there is a market. The work you perform just keeps growing. Well done.
watching your take on the solar cleaning is so much better. You make it seem that I can just go out and do it where the other guys talks so much it feels like there is so much to get ready before working.
Awesome video bro. Love it! Thinking of starting my own gig out here in the east coast. Just one question. Do you have your customers sign a waver for leaks? That's probably my main concern. Been in the industry for over a decade now and know this is a possibility. I'm concerned with a poor installation and then having water leak in the attic after my service. Appreciate it! Keep up the great work and be safe up there.
I love your style, you are just a go-getter! You seem to be open to new ideas and Ventures also as far as the solar panel cleaning. Good luck with that endeavor.👍💪
Those solar panels looked beautiful after you were done. Makes sense that’s how window cleaning companies do it and get immaculate results with a glass like finish
I am always weary commenting on videos especially with UA-cam as they are open sourced and the comments are just simply directed at the receiver. Your channel is exponentially more interesting than originally perceived. Those solar panels are beautiful. Washington State also is second to none. The Pacific Northwest - aside from the east coast is perfect plus the Rockies the best America has to offer and plus Hawaii and Alaska too I suppose. Washington state is primo.
Bro you make Facebook ads sound so easy. I’ve spent thousands running them myself, and paying social media marketers to run them for me and I never get results. I’m in Florida too, so there’s constantly a need for exterior cleaning. I think I’m gonna get your Facebook marketing course and implement your ideas. I just don’t know what I’m missing and why it seems impossible to get people interested.
I get so jealous watching these vids. Bro can walk almost all the roofs... I think my area gets a lot more snow because our roofs are way more pitched and its not usual to be able to walk them like that.
the blue cylinder u plug the hose in at the beginng is a filter for mineral to not get trace on the panel after they dry? i always have that issue after cleaning them XD
Hey quick question dude, how do you split your ad spend between your ads for running at $10/day? $2.50 per ad? Or am I missing something? Enjoyed your book btw...good stuff.
A friend asks when you use water to wash houses such as roofs or solar panels, do you use water from your own house or do you carry a tank with water in your truck, and what are these filters for?
do you know that if you really wanna do the right thing , you need to ask how much current is being generated , then after you clean then ask how much is being generated to see if you increased it or decreased it with your work
Thanks for the info! Maybe consider using a ladder stabilizer so you can keep the ladder off the clients gutters and is safer. Is that garden hose a Zero G hose or do you know the company? Keep up the good work dude.
you can make your own deionized water but unless you use a lot, is not worth the price of filtration, also because filtration is quite slow if you use an affordable filtration sistem, i used to fill 25L water containers at work and required like 1.5 hours, almost 2, then was sold for less than 1€/liter. so yes, i think he bought the water
Don’t need to with the deionizer filter that he’s using, it results in pure water with no dissolved solids so the water just evaporated and leaves no spots or residue. Same technology that car detailers and window cleaners use.
Nah it’s more about just not leaving streaks or spots as a professional. In reality you don’t really need it If you’re a normal homeowner but as a pro you should have one
If OSHA sees you on the roof without a harness you'll catch yourself a massive fine. Be safe dude you don't wanna become paralyzed. I typed this with my tongue.
Nah bro she literally gave me $350 extra that I didn’t even ask for. Y’all don’t understand these customers have money and are happily willing to pay for a job well done.

Yup! Adapt adapt adapt, my business cards have scan codes for social media :)
I used to clean parking lots/boats/apartments etc. I respect the work you're doing.
Keep it up.
Means alot coming from you Dylan!

Good job you remind me of myself
When i went into roofing 35 years ago.
Work for yourself and enjoy what you do .
Bro I’m proud of your grinding and getting that bread and that your gf is out there supporting you.
I appreciate that so much man yeah she supports the dream too!
Of course she does it’s going to pay for her future
Well done, and thanks for your advice. We're about to expand our solar installation business to add the cleaning as a addon service.
Awesome video Spence! Those panels were gleaming 🤩👌
Thanks Reza! Yeah doesn’t take much just use that filtered water you’re good to go!

Wouldn’t rainfall be an indicator for leaks due to a faulty install? Can’t imagine heavy rainfall being any different then cleaning the solar panels

Hey Spencer for all of your jobs for that you use water on, Do you use your own water or the residents water?

nice work bud. where id ya learn how to do ths?
From you! And like 4 other videos haha
From Solar university. 1-800 Solar
Where do you purchase the water filter system?
Sometimes in business you have to say no. This comes with time and knowledge and you will have to have a yes ready in your back pocket
get a water fed pole, game changer. if you afford it one that spins
Is the brush soft or hard? And is it a solar panel only? Or just the same brush you use for roofs
soft brush specifically for windows and such
@@SpencerClaeys thank you 🙏

It’s your sales skills and your offer. They suck. No offense.
I get so jealous watching these vids. Bro can walk almost all the roofs... I think my area gets a lot more snow because our roofs are way more pitched and its not usual to be able to walk them like that.
You’re a genius! Brilliant
When you used two hoses one was connected to the spotless tank and the other hose was connected to a different spigot? Or how ?
the blue cylinder u plug the hose in at the beginng is a filter for mineral to not get trace on the panel after they dry? i always have that issue after cleaning them XD
Can you post a link to your water de ionizer please. The links dont show em
Good stuff dude. What brand ladders do you use?
Thank you for this video, you have just opened my eyes and may gave me a new job ideas while job searching 😅
Thank you for mentioning how they look after as they are drying; I was concerned I was doing it wrong
When it rains does it not leave water streaks? Just curious
What filter do you get?
Hey quick question dude, how do you split your ad spend between your ads for running at $10/day? $2.50 per ad? Or am I missing something?

A friend asks when you use water to wash houses such as roofs or solar panels, do you use water from your own house or do you carry a tank with water in your truck, and what are these filters for?
Di water
I think he's asking, is the DI water from a storage tank, or is it created at the house using the customer's hose and water
What’s the link to the water system?
Do you have to have DA water?
The filter system you used how many washes can you do?
You rock man thanks for the great info!
did you turn down electricity or something?
Do you clean solar panels someone who is renting the home? Do they need approval from homeowner?
nice work where did you learn how to clean them?
Are those redwings?
I live in Florida this is YUUUUUUGE
Yessir! Stoked to start stacking 💰💰

Hi, what is the tax percentage in that area? State tax or city tax? And finally, how much did you charge for travel time and how do you measure it?
You use the customers water?
Do you have a tank for that special water or a filter? How does that work? Thanks in advance! Love your channel

so yes, i think he bought the water
Great vid, packed with details--thank you.
You said you use 2 hoses? So there were two water spigots involved?
What type of di system is it
Greetings, appreciate the breakdown of the business,
I am really interested in starting a solar panel cleaning company, what should be my 1st step?
Do you charge per solar panel?
My clients would be pissed if I charged that much and left in 3 hours. Smooth move sir how are you pulling that off
Where do you live? There are many tri states
If I do this as my full time business, is $2,000 out of the question?
Did you dry the panels?
Don’t need to with the deionizer filter that he’s using, it results in pure water with no dissolved solids so the water just evaporated and leaves no spots or residue. Same technology that car detailers and window cleaners use.
Awsome
Thank you for info
I’m
Thinking of adding this service to my landscaping business
@@robertsheffer1989 same technology as rain mate
What do u do
: cleaner
If I wasn't scared of hights I would do this as a side gig
You get over it. I was terrified of heights. It’s amazing what money will help you overcome haha!
Did you ever do door-to-door to get sales
I used to to get my business off the ground but I haven’t needed to since I have Facebook ads on lock
Wouldn't rain water damage the solar panels than?
Nah it’s more about just not leaving streaks or spots as a professional. In reality you don’t really need it If you’re a normal homeowner but as a pro you should have one
Very good 😊
Awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
get that bag 💰
Thanks bro! All day 💰💰

Exactly, having his back to the edge of the roof was cringing to watch. So many pros every year fall off roofs and don't end well. Safety first!
Get it baby😘
Gracias mi hermosa ❤
The customer got on the ladder? 6:06
She had her own up to the deck but yeah haha
Tf u just need the brush and that water system no chemicals thats crazy lol

It's not rocket science
You ripped off that lady.
Nah bro she literally gave me $350 extra that I didn’t even ask for. Y’all don’t understand these customers have money and are happily willing to pay for a job well done.
