Shattered realm is such a good idea because you could make a lot of new fun Paramountcies. I like creating The Vinelands out of the southwestern Reach with Hightower as the capital. (Also created the Lord Paramountcy of Sunstone as a Martell bastard out of the fingers of Dorne and the Stepstones.)
Btw, Truesword basically ruined his own argument that Faegon is a Targ, by pointing out how hard it would have been for Varys to do the Switcheroo with another babe in that short if a time frame lol, which means that the real Aegon died by the mountain
The original plan was to join forces with Viserys. After he and Drogo died the plan was to marry Aegon to Daenerys. So the Golden Company has no more quams with supporting Targaryens. Furthermore if Aegon is not a Targryen then the only ones who know would be Illirio and Varys and they would not tell anyone.
