I assume they are similar in all aspects, I live in the Midwest and researched and found 2 Kymco AK 550 near me had to travel 8 hrs to bring it home, I did not locate any Xciting scooters, but love the looks of the AK Kymco 550 and it's power, the back support does not move back, I'm over 6ft Tall and comfortable

Bro, I just bought Xciting 500, 2007. I am amazed with all the features it has. Hand-break, 14 inch rear, 15 inch front wheel, phone charger, seat compartment light, etc. I cant even imagine how good are these 2022 models.

Yes it is. Most states allow motorcycles/scooters with a minimum engine size of 250cc permitted on freeways. What’s allowed on interstate freeways or highways is determined by engine size, so a 250cc or larger is allowed in almost every state.
The DT X360 looks like it has a severe cleft palate. Just because you have a duck beak and knobby tires doesn't make you an adventure scooter if you only have 4in. front fork travel .
It has a long suspension travel compared to other scooters, wider handlebar, and good torque on lower RPMs. It's not an enduro, it's claimed as an adventure crossover which coverages most of the roads in the world. For me it's more than enough.
I'm thinking about buying a 125 cc scooter, one od those called "adventure", the Kymco DT 360X 125 is im my opinion very ugly, most of Kymco models have this "duck beak" that I really detest. One model I love is the Kymco CV3 for features, but again this duck beak make it ugly by front.

Kymco easy to buy-hard to sell- used...In my country is very hard to sell used Kymco scooter...Honda,Yamaha sell in a day..
