Nevermind false alarm i figured it out. i fixed the texture in default when i was suppose to do it in game logic haha silly me. Love these i started last night on this and boy i feel like i know so much i cant wait to see how good i will get in a month or so.
Head's up, if anyone has trouble at 4:22 an alternative to the left click (left click does nothing on mine) to add the "seams" is Shift + Right Click and select the edges as you please.
ok so can you do a tutorial on how to make glass like material in blender 2.56? i like modeling guns in blender and i also like making red dot sights but i can only do the glass in blender 2.49. can you please help?
1st thing :You shouldn't teach people to modify their logic bricks (=code) because a .jpg is not appropriate. 2nd thing: Dynamic physics are not 'more accurate'. Rigid body physics would be. If you know how to tweak them right. Rigid body can make a cube fall and rotate if he goes too far on an edge, whilst Dynamic would just make him abnormally float on the edge until there is no more contact with the edge.
Uhhh, this is really primitive. You're cube character shouldn't be the one with the logic, you should have a bounding box, a different object, to have the logic and then parent the cube character to the bounding box with controls. The reason you do that is for the ability to add animations to "Cuby". Just a thought, most people that would want to make an RPG game would like to add animations to their game :) Good Luck super3boy!
@super3boy thanks, looking forward to it
Yet again, great.
your good at this
