@StreetbeatDesigns67 i had this issue. Emailed them and got one response about they test all products but sometimes things can happen and to give order # i sent all my info and sent 5 more emails and they never responded or sent part. Sad thing is i ordered many items from them so you would think would want to make it right.
Is it suppose to fill up with alot of oil inside the startor cover side? Mine only has a small pool in the bottom where the gear ends are barely touching
@linksgarage1985 i figured it would need enough in there to lube the center areas where it spins in the back and within the cap center area where the bushing is. If you got social get me a link i can send pic. If got Instagram im on there under this name
@linksgarage1985 man i had a time today. Stripped one screw taking off, then part did not work smoothly at all. What size if you remember in legth are the 10mm and threads. I ordered new originals but just incase. My original case will not fully go flush it seams. Maybe if tighter the screws it will till get new part
Man i have had a day. Used a number 2 Phillips on impact and stripped 1 screw. Ordered some new ones luckily getting them off and then i went to put on the starter cover. Same issue to snug. Will not spin freely at all so now im emailing nicecnc about it. Hopefully will get a new one or refund. That starter cover did not and will not go back on flush easily at all. Any tips and how tight did you put the screws back on it?
@linksgarage1985 ok thanks. Just glad to know i didnt do anything wrong not having any in there hardly. I expcted it would be half full or enough to tell but you gotta look real hard at the bottom to see any
Glad they corrected the problem and sent you a new one. Looks good brother. BTW, would you mind sharing the link, I'm thinking of picking one up, using your discount of course. Take care.
Not gonna lie. I spent more the 2 hrs and few days to get the cover back on. I tried as a assembled part then had to try with gears inserted first then line cover onto the gear shaft. Hardest modd for me yet and still gotta add oil and see if its still ok. Heck. My gas tank and seat install that didnt perfectly line up was way easier. Tomorrow i will find out if its on good. Several times i thought it was on but it wouldnt fully recess inside and the cap never would easily push in so had to use screw driver. First few tines was way to tight with cap out so knew it wasnt recessed after a few tries. I ended up geting one from another company. Nicecnc responded to me once and never responded again or sent me the replacement part. Imo. They suck and stole my $. If i had a gun id go shoot that part as well because ive sent them 2 more emails and no response at all. The other company sent me the right part and spins freely right out of the box and fits. Sucks cause i really liked the black and red but wished id never changed it to start with. Caused me over 2 weeks of issues and waiting just to have to order from another company and get new screws.

I appreciate it! They were super cool. They made it right. Not a lot of companies give a shit. But I can tell these guys at least care. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it!
It's crazy that its a rare occurrence these days for a company to actually make something like this right, but you gotta love to see it
Yea for sure. They were really cool about it all.

Great level of detail in your videos that are always well laid out and explained clearly. Much appreciated!
I appreciate that. Big time. Thanks for watching. 💪🏼
Happy New Years! After having that exhaust for a bit do you recommend it? My stock exhaust is getting a bit crusty so looking for something new.
Happy new year! I have over 4,000 miles on that exhaust and I still love it.

Enjoy the heck out of your videos. How have your clear oil filter cover and this one held up to date?
@@Riptide2020 held up great! All is well. I Appreciate you watching!
So screwed up. EVEN after you showed them the defect. I had the exact same defect last week!! How do I find one that color that works???
Damn! They saw my video and sent me a replacement for free. And it worked no problem.
I believe im leaking oil around my stock 07 part. Bike only has 4000 miles. Is this super easy to replace? Any torqu specs on those bolts or loctite?
Super easy to replace. I didn’t loctite. And it’s a Phillips. So not sure the torque. Just common sense snug.

Hey man. Looking for this part and the oil filter cover you have. The link you posted earlier shows none in stock. Do u have any other links?
Sure don’t man. Sorry.
Did they add in 40 cents for another AK round
Nah. But they did see this and sent me another one that worked great.

@linksgarage1985 i swear you had responded about it while back maybe on another comment.
@@deezgex who knows man. Sometimes it doesn’t show me the comments. I try to respond to all.
You need to get the clutch cover now those look cool as well
I might do that!
Hey, may i know what is the soze of the bolt that you to?
I don’t remember. Just take one of the originals to the hardware store and match it up.
hey which mood do drz gave him the most power ?
FCR carb
May I ask what was the size of the hardware used for it?
I’m pretty sure it was an M10.
But don’t quote me on that. I know the head was a 10mm.
@@linksgarage1985 that's probably M6x1.0, they have a 10mm head.
sweet brother !!! hope you guys have a awesome New Years !!!
Same to you bro!
Just fired mine up and i do not see any oil inside my cover at all. On the filter side i do but not on my new startor cover
You won’t see any oil there. It doesn’t flow like the other side.
@linksgarage1985 ok good deal. Its literally like a teaspoonful i see in the bottom lol

So they’re actually not Phillips they are JIS which are very slightly different and that’s why they get stripped easily if you use a Phillips
