SUPER AMAZING
Would you say this is a One Size Fits All type meal prep and fruit works the same for all bodies and how much would be a appropriate amount to eat in each category you shown here in the video? I ask because fruit in itself tends to make me gain weight and especially bananas. Sadly, I love fruit. It tends not to love me back when it comes to the scale.
