Jemma uploads a lot of UA-cam Shorts with these types of tips. Those are great and it's also great to see a long form lesson from someone who's so clearly well educated and well rehearsed!
Pentatonic passing tones. I’m a guitarist and just starting playing keys for backing pad with a dumb machine midi. I never thought to learn pentatonics on the keys. Duh’🤪! Great idea! Thank you!
Hello demoiselle,,,, sounds great ,,, sweet and gorgeous,,,, I really love them,,, especially the simplicity,,,, prosperous new year,,bedlsy of success with the art of sweet sound as well as the rest of your endeavors God bless you,,,,,⭐🌟🙏💥🔥🔥🦋🦋🦋🦋♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Jemma, thank you for this tutorial. I have watched hundreds of videos and even taken online classes, but you are the FIRST instructor to explain clearly how to play the Pentatonic scales. Others just seem to wiz through the instructions by showing off how good they can do it. Again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
On the first lick, I have larger hands so my 1-3 fingers feel bunched up. I found success in rolling my 2 finger down from the flat to the second note and hitting the third note with my 4 finger.
Good lesson. I might want to point out, and I know she well understands this, that the “blue” note is normally a flatted 5th. Yes, a flatted 3rd is part of the blues scale, but it might be confusing to novices.
You should be the famous one!! You do have a talent and additionally you are so beautiful!! You are ten thousand times more talented and beautiful than Karol G!!

These minor pentatonic licks will show you some of the options you have when using the minor pentatonic scale in improvisation.
Cool lesson! Thanks, Jemma. Do you have a PDF with these great piano licks?

Lady Galadriel of piano!
I like the link 5
It's an easy scale on the guitar one memorized. Weird on keyboards because the intervals are wide.
Hi, what's the piano you are using for the video. It looks like a Nord, but what model? Cheers, Tony Awesome video, too.
It is a Nord Stage 4!
